Not sure what happened, but i am not a new customer but on my appointment day, she never showed up even though I messaged and emailed her. It’s kinda sad because she is really good at what she does but she’s late the last appointment too, 30 mins late and this time no show up 🙁

Krystal is so pleasant to work with. She’s fast but careful with her work. I will definitely book again. Prices are affordable too! I don’t have to go far now that I found sugaring service near me

Had a 9:30am appointment, showed up at 9:15 a.m. waited til 10:00a.m. But left because the esthetician never showed up. I had received a confirmation email and text confirming my booking but not sure why she was a no call no show. I tried reaching out to the esthetician via text a phone but no response!!! This was my first and last time trying her out. I drove an hour away just to waste my time and gas!!!! I am highly disappointed. Unreliable!!!! Bad business!!! Terrible customer service!!!

Absolutely loved my experience. She was knowledgeable, professional, personable, and I love the results. Everything went smoothly and she made me feel very comfortable through my waxing and answered all my questions. I will Absolutely be going back.

I purchased the groupon they had & made an online appointment.. Day of appointment, I showed up to the building & found out there was a code to get into that was not provided.. I had called and no one answered the day of(first 30 minutes before my appointment and right at the time of my appointment).. Even a few days before but still had no luck getting a call back(voicemail was left the original attempt)..

Luckily a lady let me in with her code and I went looking for the office just to find out that the place was CLOSED. No one was even there!!!!!!!

Not sure if it's because I did it through groupon or what but definitely wouldn't recommend if you find customer service important.

Amazing! I booked for a regular Brazilian wax, and she talked me into sugaring. I can honestly say the results have lasted longer than waxing. She was super chill, and made me feel really comfortable!

Made an appointment via online. Pulled up, no code for the suite or any phone # had to hunt for it. Finally able to contact merchant, called & text. NO ANSWER until 40 mins later. A waste of my time & very unprofessional.
