I have clients in this apartment complex. I've never heard so many seniors complaining about how awful management is. I actually experienced these people in the office... awful!! Unprofessional unpleasant nasty and rude people. This is a 55 and up apartment complex. Kids live here. Teenagers live here with managers. The warning before the storm.

Rude the staff there are ghetto they spend more time harassing tenants charging for everything then they are about seniors living here you talk about abusing their power I do understand about so many empty apartments they are not professional at all I really believe they are putting money in their pockets

You have certain tenants that really should be in convalescent homes. We live on the first floor and the tenant above us rides his motorized cart inside the apartment. He is a big person who lives in the restroom. He wakes us up at all times of the night and early morning hours. We can't relax in our dwelling due to stomping and noise of the cart. This is something we did not bargain for. I did complain to management and I was told that they can't discriminate.
They tell us we can't park up in front of office yet the workers that work there are allowed to park there. They should have to park outside complex.
We Pay Rent!!!
It's a 55plus complex but they allow kids to live there and a lot of tenants have younger adults move in with them and management does nothing about it.
As soon as we can find a new place we will be out of the there.

Nice area, and very nice apartments. I came here a while back to look at the 1 bedroom apartment and the price was about similar to most other apartments (on the cheaper side for Loma Linda, its so expensive to try to live here!). Took a tour of the apartments and was wowed by the cabinets! The rooms are a little small to fit a queen sized bed (at least I think its a little small) but you can make it work if you don't try to put too much in your room. I think I might consider this place when my current lease runs out.

I lived here almost a year. When I moved here the apartment was dirty. Kitchen, bathroom and windows blinds and patio. I paid my deposit but I had to clean it up. When I moved I and the wife clean the apartment really good. Try to get a final walk thru but Regal the maintenance manager wasn't available for my time. To say I didn't get my deposit because he said nothing was cleaned , holes in the wall( but nothing was hang nor hole in wall, etc. I took pictures going in and out. I was told but people there they come up with stuff to keep your deposit. So if you move there expected not to get it. I got a lawyer and they wouldn't talk to him nor would corporate would answer there phone not call back. Just because we're seniors they take avantage of us. Go luck if you move there.

Went to view apartments and was told we could not rent with them as I could not have my daughter who is 36 years old reside in the apartment . Funny how they have a disclosure about all residents who are 18 years old must fill out an application too. I believe they were discriminating against us.
