The absence of a reliable customer service line and the low quality of their products were significant drawbacks. Some labels were fading, you couldn't read them, the name of our company were crooked.and their answered to our complaint were

My Honest Experience with DR.HC Cosmetic Lab

I’m truly disappointed with my experience working with DR.HC Cosmetic Lab. As a business owner, I expected professionalism and quality, but what I received fell far short.

After sending my logo for mock-ups, I was told it didn’t meet their standards, yet no effort was made to offer a proper solution. When I simplified the logo per their request, they turned around and tried to charge me again for what they called a “new” project—despite already paying $200 upfront for their services.

The mock-ups provided were subpar and didn’t reflect the professional quality I was looking for. Instead of addressing the issues and making it right, they refused to adjust the designs without more fees. Worse, they have a strict no-refund policy, leaving me stuck with results I wasn’t happy with and no way to recoup my investment.

Any reputable company should prioritize customer satisfaction and be flexible enough to correct their mistakes without charging their clients extra. It’s clear that DR.HC Cosmetic Lab is more interested in taking your money than delivering quality results.

I won’t be using their services again, and I caution anyone considering them to be prepared for a frustrating experience and rigid policies that put the company’s bottom line ahead of customer satisfaction.

Wow!! This stuff is a miracle worker!!
I was gifted this amazing product by my best friend. I suffer from hyperpigmentation, large pores, acne, scarring, and oily skin and hadn’t found a product that could improve every single issue I had AND MORE until this stuff right here. Kojic acid has scientifically proven to do miracles to the skin because of the antioxidants and antimicrobial benefits that it produces. I used this product everyday until I used up the bottle and these were my results… My hyperpigmentation and scarring are almost nonexistent at this point, my skin texture has improved immensely, acne is gone and my large pores are no longer an issue! Oh and my skin is so soft and almost airbrushed looking that I don’t have to wear much makeup to hide all the skin issues I had! I’m telling you, this stuff should be in everyone’s skincare routine because it benefits every type of skin!

Please be cautious when dealing with this company. They have a history of charging customers and then delivering subpar service and products without offering refunds. Rather than viewing you as a partner or new point of sale, they may consider you a competitor.

Additionally, they offer a Shopify store service through an individual named "Kate," who is listed as an approved Shopify store builder on their website. I paid $1,795 to "Kate" via Zelle, but when I decided to cancel the project with DRHC, she refused to refund my payment without providing any services. It is important to note that "Kate" and DRHC appear to be part of the same team and company.

Additionally, I’m pretty sure that the reviews of 5 stars are fake!

Now, I'm so happy that I can buy her product in the U.S. I have sensitive skin, that's why I'm quite picky about choosing skincare products. I'm glad that I found her lab. All products from Dr. C lab are super good for people with all types of skins! Definitely want to become your family member because I'm addicting to these amazing products!
