Everyone is so friendly and accommodating. The team provides excellent service and goes above and beyond to help make each appointment run smooth and convenient.

I have received the highest quality of care from Dr. Small and her staff since 2017. I am continuously impressed by Dr. Small's knowledge, professionalism, and bedside manner. She takes the time to customize and explain options best suited for you. The nurses and estheticians are equally as wonderful. I have received several treatments, including laser hair removal, HydraFacials, and Botox, and have obtained excellent outcomes. Within the last year, I moved to SoCal and have been unable to find a medical aesthetics office of the same caliber as RSMD. She gives her professional recommendations but is NOT pushy about getting what she recommends at all, which is always very appreciated. I’ve always felt 100% listened to when seeing Dr.Small. Even though I have lived in Santa Cruz County for nearly 15 years, I had never considered going to Dr. Small with Monterey Bay Laser Aesthetics because I assumed her practice specialized in laser-based procedures rather than injectables such as Botox and filler. After being unhappy with how other practitioners had made me look "fake," I read the reviews about Dr. Small and decided to give her a try. Suffice it to say that I will never go to anyone else ever again. She used Botox in the eye area to help with wrinkles and to give me a slight eye lift effect. I have droopy eyelids and I was amazed at how a tiny bit of Botox could make such a difference. She also used Botox and a little filler to eliminate small puckers that were appearing on my chin due to loss of fat, which occurs with aging. Moreover, Dr. Small did not overdo my lips! No one would ever know that she injected a small amount of filler to lift the edges and smooth the wrinkles. She even gave me a nerve block, so it wasn't painful! If you are unhappy with certain things about your appearance but are too scared to take action because you fear you will come out of it looking like one of the wives on Housewives of Beverly Hills, then set up a consultation with Dr. Small and pay attention to how natural she looks.
