I have been to this store a few times, customer service has always been good. I was looking for a specific toy, and they found it right when I was about to checkout! The timing couldn't have been better.

They have a vast amount of options, and the employees were very nice to guide me to the right things I wanted to buy. Very satisfied with everything there. I 100% recommend giving this store a look, you won't be disappointed!

I’ve always been pleased with the variety at the Backroom Boutique. It’s like a trip to Target, I always end up leaving with something fun. Staff are knowledgeable and helpful. Love when they have events and guest speakers too. Support local, especially when it’s a great business like this one.

We have been coming here for a few years we have met many nice employees, excellent customer service, greet us when we come in every time, and they ask if they can help or if we have any questions they are available, and I have to say yes ,... they are available, they watch us as we walk around the store and are ready to help immediately. They are very knowledgeable about many different products, and when they don't have the the answer they find it out immediately or with a phone call by the time we get home. We get 10% off every time we spend over $50.00 and they're having a Valentine's drawing which I hope I win !😁❤️💥 We're hoping that a little suggestion box might be put up for the customers could only help. We would like to recommend that they would start a punch card so customers to get little benefits 👣

I've shopped here a few times and have had good experiences until yesterday, I was asked if I needed any help five or six times, at first I just thought everyone was being helpful. The first time I was asked I actually did need some help locating some lube. While browsing the selection I was asked 2 more times if I needed help and I didn't think much of it but when I needed an item from the case I stood around for what seemed like forever but was likely only a minute or two. After making my selection the associate took my items to the counter for me while spent a few minutes curiosly browsing around checking out the various items. I was asked if I needed help 2 or 3 more times. That's when I noticed wherever I went in the store, an associate was no more then 10 feet away from me, obviously staring and watching me, I assume they are trying to prevent theft but this being a store that sells personal and private items where your likely to find someone a bit shy and/or embarrassed about looking into certain items, they would try to create a stress free and respect people's privacy. Needless to say after I noticed, I just went to the counter paid for my things and left. I'll just use the internet for these things at this point. Much cheaper anyways even though I don't mind paying more to have things immediately vs waiting for a package in the mail.

10/10 would recommend! From walking in to leaving everyone is beyond helpful! They offer assistance at every step, while also allowing you the freedom to purchase whatever you want without hovering. It’s always a pleasant experience shopping here. The lingerie is great quality too, They are very sturdy and beautiful quality, with beautiful color options! Thank you!

Let me start off by saying that I never walked inside the store but I did speak with an employee over the phone. I called 3 days after my husband had purchased the clone a willy kit for Father's Day last year. We had issues with the item because there wasn't enough silicone in the kit to make a proper mold. We ended up with just half of his member. When I spoke with the employee she asked if I had the receipt, which I did and she said she would have the manager call me but I never received a call. I called again and was told she would have the manager call me again but as you can guess, that never happened. I never tried to call again because I could see it wasn't going to get resolved. I won't ever purchase anything in this store because of the customer service I received. Just thought you should know before you purchase from here.

Super professional and the ladies were super willing to help us with any question we had. The stores selection is also super lavish and amazing. They have a little bit of everything we needed and then some!
Even more amazing they supported the USAF! Definitely will come back in the future!
