*optical review* BEWARE the optometrist here does not care about you at all. I saw him once before when he worked at a different office and was horrified to see him again when my friend and I came to our appointments here. This doctor rushes through exams like it’s a race that he’s losing. I don’t think he gets his prescriptions accurately because it’s been months of “adjusting” and my glasses still feel off (again) and my friend sees better with her old glasses. When I was his patient a couple years back, he told me to take an allergy drop which I don’t think I even needed. I later went to an ophthalmologist and when I told the doctor that I was instructed to take those drops, he was confused and said I didn’t have to take them. And lo and behold, both my friend and I (again) were individually told to take these same drops at this last exam. We never had a problem with allergies in our eyes and have no idea why we were told to take them.. is this guy getting kickback from this company or what? It’s either that or he’s a complete robot and goes on autopilot all day for the money. You are definitely not getting personalized care here, save yourself the time and money and go elsewhere for your eye exam.

The Marysville Ca location is new and has a lot if nice employees, but the customer service manager missed customer service 101 class. We had a massive cart load in a long line and got to the register to have the we are closed sign dropped in front of us. Walked to the customer service desk where the supervisor offered to “help me” by explained that he had dropped the closed sign on the guy in front of me cart and that it was blocked by the guy. If he knew all that then why wouldn’t he say something before watching me wait in line. Cute.

almost every time i go into this store a worker follows me or my family around to "make sure we aren't stealing." i understand people steal but they go to extremes of following me around the store very obviously and even today they followed my father into the restroom. it is just very uncomfortable to have somebody following me around when i am simply trying to shop for necessities.

Visited the Marysville Costco this week, it was super busy at 1:00pm on a Tuesday. Was able to easily exchange an item and had a pleasant conversation with a security person. They had some great buys on items. Of course I stopped by the cafe!

Terrific location! Easy access both on- and off the freeway. Parking is plentiful and easy to maneuver through. The gas station prices are easily the cheapest around and I've never had to wait.

I've shopped inside this store several times since its opening and have to say that the employees are some of the friendliest and most helpful I've ever encountered. The stock here is different from my 'normal' location I visit--but that makes it more fun to see the different items and try something new. This location is a very welcome addition to the area and I'm very glad its here.

Been going here almost 2 months, pretty great so far! Minus some workers...

PROS: Great deals, good quality products, delicious food court, clean bathrooms, free samples from friendly workers, friendly supervisors.

CONS: Cashiers and food court servers are NOT friendly.

I believe those workers should be grateful for their job in this economy. There are plenty of people that can't find jobs to fit their needs who would gladly take a Costco worker's place and be NICE while working. Retail is NOT easy, I know from experience, but I always managed to be polite and professional no matter what. If you can't handle customer service, please leave it to those of us that can, instead of spreading your bad vibes. Life is hard enough these days, your negativity doesn't help you nor me. Treat others how you want to be treated.

This location is not as crowded as others, but it’s not as large either. They’re not as organized as other locations and are inconsistent with stock. I visit infrequently for gifts around the holidays, flowers and meat for making dog food; but I wouldn’t shop here for groceries.
