I have very dehydrated skin, and Kym took the time to explain everything to me and recommend a personalized skincare routine. She carefully walked me through each step, and for the first time in London, I didn’t feel rushed at all in a salon! I’m already seeing a noticeable glow in my skin and can’t wait to go back in January!

I had such a great experience here! Kym takes the time to understand your current situation with your skincare history, diet, stress levels, products then gives you recommendations and counsels you on how you can improve your skin. She is also very friendly and kind and makes you feel very comfortable and relaxed. She made sure to avoid certain procedures that I do not like on my face and adapted the facial to my needs.
