I am giving this 3 stars for the years of exceptional quality and innovation. The fragrances are beautiful, and there is something to catch the interest of many scent preferences. As a long time customer, I can say that the body oils and lotions have significantly lost their scent. They reduce to a basic, Vaseline lotion brand scent. This is new! Consistent customers can pick up these kinds of differences, and I kind of feel cheated after my last restock. The perfume/fragrance oils appear to be the same, but I guess no one is immune to shinkflation. A disclaimer of ingredient change would have been nice. I would not have purchased so many items. Now, no matter which body oil or lotion I apply, they all reduce to a basic moisturizer - no scent at all.

I have been using Kuumba Made products over more than 10 years! I especially love the facial serums and the aromatherapy line. And the Sonoran Body Oil is exquisite; I put it on right after the shower. It feels so nourishing and the smell reminds me of the desert after a summer rain. Thank you for making these luscious products!

Just made my first visit! The staff are very friendly and helpful and make it a pleasurable experience to shop for someone like me with anxiety and the shop is beautifully put together. I am horrible with names but I believe the woman who helped me was named iris or Lily but I loved her! The products are absolutely amazing and I am excited to have my very first products purchased from them! I absolutely would love to come back and will be purchasing more and will be telling my friends and family!!

I will say I love the products/smell but am so very disappointed at the response I received from trouble I had with my order. Although I resolved it on my end as the customer I cannot believe how condescending and unhelpful the response I received was. I will not purchase directly again. Big thumbs down!!! Especially for a “woman owned” business. Not a good look.

Best lotions/scents of all time. My favorite is the black coconut lotion and oil as well as the vanilla bean. They are so nice even gave me a 20% discount when I missed the sale in their Tucson store. Just for that my mother also purchased some products online to thank them for their kindness. SUPPORT THIS SMALL BUSINESS!!!!!!

LOve, loVE, LOVE their Herbal Salve! It's the only thing that calmed down my skin after an all over body rash from poison oak. Was introduced to their products via samples at the International Herbal Symposium!
Packaging was thoughtfully put together, with 2 items in a cotton mesh bag, the other wrapped in a recyclable product. They also included a small packet of free wildflower seeds to keep our pollinators busy!
