I was extremely disappointed! Not worth the money at all. I traveled an hour to get there and left unhappy, with full price still paid!
My appoint ran late by 45 mins as I was asked to come early as well. The room wasn’t ready and freezing cold in there. I didn’t have any consultation on anything or was explained about the products as I waited. The technician was very inexperienced and had no clue how to do a facial. I was told she’s new that’s why. I’ve been given a free facial next time but not sure if the journey is worth it. Happy to send a positive review if I do go.

I’ve got harassed by your employees TWICE now just walking past your shop. They love to shove the cream samples in your face and when I said no thank you, your twink employee asked if I don’t want to look younger? I am 28 years old, my skin is completely what DO YOU MEAN? Are you trying to give insecurities to people just randomly? I am fine, I know how I look, and i am happy with it, but the other person might have insecurities already and your completely unprofessional and frankly incompetent staff might ruin their day. Is this what Skin Balance London is about? Is this your core values as a company? This happened on 3rd February around 11am. DISGUSTED with this shop. Both times I was walking with a client that is vulnerable and you could clearly see that. There is just no tact. Both times your employees either just kept shoving the cream or trying to be nasty. Is that what you think about your potential customers. I am embarrassed FOR YOU. Do better.

Booked an appointment for 11:45am,at 11:19am on the day, got a call to say they will have cancelled due to short agency staff.
I was only 20mins away and insisted that I will still attend it as I was supposed to be informed.
Reached at the place,a gentleman told me that I will be seen at 12:30 only as they tried to contact me couple of days ago to inform me.
It’s a complete lie,the appointment was only booked on Friday.
At 11:56am,the same person who asked me to wait for 40mins told me that he has to reschedule my appointment for another day.
I had to travel 1hr to get here & seems like I came to a circus not to a spa.
Very unprofessional,avoid at any cost.
