I cannot thank Dr. Alex enough for his care and professionalism. My 4-year-old son, who has autism, needed a blood test after being unwell for months. Naturally, I was worried about how he would handle the experience. But Dr. Alex made all the difference, he approached my son in such a friendly and creative way, even offering him a toy to make him feel at ease. In the room, I held my son in my arms while we distracted him with cartoons. Dr. Alex was incredibly quick and gentle, making the process smooth with no big tears. The best part? The results were ready the next day! I truly appreciate his patience and expertise, highly recommend!
