I was really excited when she did my lashes. They were so pretty and she was gently. The problem is that as soon as u walk out, the lashes start falling off. She didn’t prep my lashes which I’m used to other techs doing. I had to wipe off my lashes with my dress. She was fast but maybe too fast (a little less than an hour). Usually it take 1 1/2 hours to 2 hours. And I think maybe she needs a better glue. She did fix the lashes when I told her that they were already falling off, but after the fix, they all started falling off as soon as I left! Also she only lightly brushes them after which doesn’t show if there are lashes falling off. I really wanted to like this place but I am disappointed. First 2 picture a few minutes after I got the lashes. 3rd picture is literally 2-3 hours later (you can see I have already lost some lashes). The 4th is the next day! Then she filled them for me. And the last is today (less than a week after she fixed them). I usually get a fill every 2-3 weeks. Hasn’t been a week and I need a fill already. I’m giving 3 stars because I believe that she is talented. She just needs to take her time, prep the lashes and use better glue

Don’t waste your money!!!!!!!!!!’ I had my lashes done by Lynette on March 9 2024 and two days later on March 11th more than a few lashes were coming out of both lids. I’ve reached out to her several times right away and she hasn’t replied yet! Very unprofessional I paid 120.00 and gave her a 15.00 tip. So not worth it! 2 thumbs down!!!!!

Ciara is absolutely amazing at what she does. My lashes stayed on for close to a month. When I finally got a fill they still looked amazing other than some regrowth, which just proves my lashes where still healthy. I will be going back to see her many more times!

I had an appointment and when i went in the lady at the counter didn't know why i was there when i told her she quickly took me in. I asked for a hybrid set which i have gotten before, my tech usually takes 2-3 hours and i was done in an hour and when i saw my lashes i did not like them. Not only were they not full, i noticed some were not attached to my lash but to my actual lid. I asked them to be removed. I didn't like them that i told her to remove them. I still paid for the service but left without the lashes because of the poor quality. Please don’t waste your money here. There are other places with better quality.

I came to this salon twice over the last month to get my lashes done. I got a full set and they quickly began to fall out within the first day. I tried to be understanding and give it the full two weeks before I went back. I called their office to tell them what happened and see if there was any advice I could get as I hadn’t gotten the lashes wet or worn makeup. NEVER GOT A CALL BACK. (I waited a week before using any makeup) When the time came to get a fill I made my appointment with the owner Lynette hoping to tell her what happened last time so she could do them better this time.
This was me giving this salon one last chance to correct their poor work.
Lynette did my lashes very quickly and when I left they were nowhere near full and again began to fall out in the first day AGAIN!!! I lost four little clumps within the first two hours. Lynette also answered four phone calls during my fill appointment.
I called twice after my appointment to tell her what happened since I WASTED MY MONEY AGAIN and once again never got a call back. Yet she answered four calls during my appointment so this is very irritating.
Poor customer service. Poor quality lashes. Poor customer representative.
I WILL NOT BE BACK. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

I had a great experience my eyelash tech was great. My Lashes lasted almost 3 weeks but I needed a break they probably would've lasted longer. I got so many compliments. The lashes made you feel so put together ❤.

I've been here twice. My first experience was good. But my last time for the fill went left. I book my appointment through the web like the company suggest. I paid for a 1 week fill, and a lash wash. 40$. I get to the shop and Lynn know exactly what her client's coming in for. I didn't owe any money. About time her employee was done with me, Lynn said I owed 40$ more. Total of 80$ saying I booked the wrong one. And it's only been 5 days. I've been loosing eyelashes. Since I came home. Smh. And I'm taking care of them correctly.
