My first ever facial. I’ve always been nervous due to my sensitive skin. Hi skin made it a wonderful experience! Samantha, my aesthetician, was warm, friendly, listened to my concerns and thoroughly explained each step of the process. She recommended a dermaplane treatment that was VERY effective. My skin looks and feels radiant, hydrated and soft. Lastly I appreciate they only recommended useful products not an entire product line so I never felt “sold to”. I would highly recommend Hi Skin and would go back.

Everyone here is so friendly and so informative on every step of both the facial and the mini lip! Erin did my facial and she did such an amazing job. The face massage was definitely my favorite part. I also don’t know any other place that includes both red light therapy and high frequency at no extra charge. Adding in a dermaplane was under $50 too! What a good deal!! I then saw Spence for my mini lip and she was so sweet and explained everything to me so my first time getting filler was an amazing experience. Even the front desk girl Riley was super helpful and explained the membership perfectly! So happy I signed up and I can’t wait to get my regular monthly facials here!

Update: 7/29/2024 since my original review I have seen Sam (Samantha) and Kathleen for facials as well. Hi skin truly only hires the best! Sam and Kathleen both are so knowledgeable and make you feel very comfortable through the whole process. They had great product recommendations after listening to my skin concerns and helping me address them directly. I love this location so much! You won’t regret booking a facial here!!
