When it comes to business ethics and customer satisfaction, I must recommend that you find another eyelash studio. My initial set of eyelashes were not even, could not be seen on one eye, and were not what I asked for, but the owner corrected them. I was very happy. I then kept my scheduled fill appointment and was told I was taking great care of them because they were in good shape.

Then something went wrong and later that day the eyelashes began to shed unusually and they were twisting. The next morning, I texted Aimee, which is how she likes to communicate, explaining something was not right with my lashes this time and asked to come in so she could see them. I received a response when I sent a second text two days later.

The Aimee's response was "maybe you're not a candidate for lashes" and "I'm sorry you're unhappy." That's it. I was perplexed. I did finally get a appointment six days from the fill and by that time the lashes were worse than before my fill. Lashes were added sparsely (see picture taken that day) and the appointment was rushed. It was also apparent that the owner was not happy to fix them. (The next customer came in so I didn't get to look at them before I left.) THE NEXT DAY I hesitantly contacted the owner again and asked if my lashes could be filled in the way they should be.

I was then told that she will "not make an appointment with someone that is never happy." She didn't even ask to see them. I asked for a refund so another person could fill them properly. She said she would remove them for free, but no refunds. “End of story. If you’re unhappy go somewhere else.” Why would I want them removed? I had come in due to an emergency and need the lashes until mine grow back.

I just wanted lashes as advertised and to look the way they did when they are done correctly.

Amy was awesome - my lashes lasted longer than any other place I've had them done at. Not only will I definitely go back, but all my friends that have commented how great my lashes look will get sent there too

I love this lashes Solon. My lashes looks amazing. Mandy does a grate job. She takes her time and does quality work. If I can give her 10 ☆☆☆☆ I would. I definitely recommend Love You Lashes to any one who wants a friendly and quality solon.

What an amazing experience!! It only took 1.5 hours and voila!! I’m gorgeous with my new mink lashes! They were able to schedule me for same day service! Thank you Love your lashes ❤️

Mandy is super sweet and professional. My mom has been going to her for 8 months, and I've gotten hooked for 2. She is very sweet, does a great job, lashes last like they should. Highly reccomend. I drive an hour to see her.

I had an eyelash emergency (had a Groupon person to my eyelashes and I had an allergic reaction) and I called LYL the next morning and they were able to see me the same day for removal. I was treated wonderfully and was extremely grateful that they took the time out of their day to fix someone else's mistake. I am so thankful that my natural lashes were able to be saved as well.

my wifes lashes were missing lashes and in just 3 days, even with her maintenance exactly as instructed, there were gaps and they were pointing the wrong directions. She spoke to Amy and she took care of the issues and redid her lashes. Thank you for the customer service Amy!
