They should have a minus amount of stars for my massage experience. For $120 per hour, I expected far more than a totally worthless carressing session!!! I walked out halfway through, as the supposed professional hadn't even accomplished the most basic techniques of body work yet. I would not recommend this business to anyone. Save your money.

Extremely rude and snippy staff! I could not believe how the woman at the front spoke to me!

For context, I was parked in the handicapped spot in front of El Parasol and the woman blocked me in by parking directly behind me. When I went to go ask her to move she said it would be a while because she was unloading things. I told her no, she needs to move because I need to leave. She huffed, rolled her eyes, and said she'd be out. It took another two or three minutes for her to move. The worst part? THERE WERE EMPTY SPOTS NEXT TO ME!

I will never do business here if that's how they treat people who ask them nicely to not block in their cars.

AVOID THIS PLACE! Terrible massage. Several times, the masseuse put all her extremely considerable weight on my back to the point I couldn't breath and felt about to pass out. She was also extremely rough on areas I mentioned where I was sore and stiff. Now those areas hurt even worse than when I went in. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

I’ve had several different services and they’ve all been amazing. I get regular gel manicures and pedicures with Anesia and schedule with her as far out in advance as possible. I get regular facials with Amber and have loved every single one. She’s extremely knowledgeable and Taylor’s each facial for what I need at that time. She also gives the best facial massage I’ve ever had. I also love that the spa does monthly themed spa nights and I’ve been able to try mini treatments that are new to me. 10/10 recommend this place for yourself or anyone you want to get a gift for!!

Friendly staff and nice atmosphere, but worst massage I've ever had and I've had a lot of massages in my life. Not worth the whopping $130 they charge. It just felt like someone very lightly patted oil all over my skin. It was so bad, I left early....And was still charged the full amount. If your muscles need some work, I'd recommend ojo Caliente-about the same price and has high quality massages.

This place is such a gem in our small town. I go every month for a mani, pedi and facial with Anesia and Maya. The atmosphere is beautiful and high end but the pricing is incredibly reasonable.
