I scheduled an appointment online. I paid a $25 deposit. As soon as I scheduled it, I get a text from Alejandra saying that she’s not available due to an existing appointment. She offered her availability on a different day. Unfortunately that day doesn’t work for me. I’m upset that: 1. No apology was given. 2. I paid the deposit 3. Appointment isn’t happening. Sigh. Just remove your availability from the website if you aren’t available.
