Had such a great experience with Becky. She answered my slew of questions and did a fabulous job with administering. I have now had my follow-up with her and it’s very clear she has a great understanding of what her patients are looking for and was able to quickly assess/correct anything not 100% perfect from the first time! Looking forward to returning and would recommend any of my friends to see her. As an aside, the other employees (scheduling, nurses, etc) provided lovely touch points.

My husband and I both see Linzy Elliott and she's so sweet and thorough. We're always quick to be seen, too. The office staff are very friendly. We always add money during the open house event to save on services throughout the year.

Today I had a laser treatment with Jordan!! She is the BEST!! She is so professional and respectful. I was a little unsure of exactly what I was up for with regard to the treatment bc it was my first, but Jordan’s skill and communication throughout the treatment kept me at ease. This is for the aesthetic side of their business; I have no experience with the medical side. If you value friendly, responsive people when you call or go into their offices - don't go here. After the first call when I requested an appointment, I could not get a person - only texts and emails.

If you think they should read the information you were required to submit before your appointment and at least be aware of what you were there for - don't go here.

If you think civil but not welcoming is good for checking in - you'll be happy. And my checkout/paying was handled poorly. I was also ushered into a room with a very young man present, asked to disrobe when they stepped out, and not once asked if I minded his presence.

The whole experience was bad from start to finish. People who want a fancy place, who like to spend a lot of money on aesthetic procedures are probably welcomed. If that's not you, I'd recommend going somewhere else.
