I’ve always been patient with these people about restocking their wigs. They keep old wigs on display to look like they have a lot of options when they don’t. Then one of the ladies laughed in my face when she could obviously see that I was upset stating “you know we get a lot of customers anyway”and you still can’t keep up? Amazon can easily replace your store especially with theses prices. Waste of time going there.

my favorite beauty supply store so far! they just have such a wide variety of EVERYTHING! not to mention the staff is so kind, and welcoming every time i go! love this place! dog friendly as well, as long as your dogs not knocking everything down or running crazy!

I always seem to he able to find what I need. It's not my neighborhood beautiful suppy but we can always purchase products so anytime I'm in the area I stop by. They are ALWAYS friendly and say hello.

Fully stocked beauty supply. Everything I needed and wanted. The lady checking out was really nice. The guy at the door was pleasant but followed me in and watched me. That wasn’t cool, but probably because of the high theft rates that have been going on.

The DISRESPECT I just received from this store has me seeing RED. I have visited this store multiple times over the past few years. I have never been as disrespected as I have been today. This "new employee" follow me from the time I entered to the time I started following her. Once I realized every time I went to a aisle there she was fixing things. I felt like it was 1996. Once I realized what she was doing I started following her. She got nervous imagine that. You weren't nervous when you were following me. After I paid for my goods with my own money. I noticed she was still following me and I couldn't figure out what was happening I gave you the benefit of the doubt at first and then realized I know she really is following me because there's multiple people in the store yet she's in every aisle I am in. So I started following her back and she got nervous every time she went to a aisle I went. Staring at her and she runs to the front to the store manager. The manager asked me "did you need something?" "did you have a question?" I said no and directed my question to "the new employee" See that this is not fun is it? It's uncomfortable right? You don't like me following you. I don't like you following me. I gave you no indication that I steal or have stolen. So why are you following me? The manager says "I'm sorry she's new next time you come in she won't do that to you" Are you f**king kidding me. Yes that's what I need.IT SHOULD HAVE NEVER HAPPENED TO BEGIN WITH. PERIOD. There won't be a next time. This was the last time they get my time or money. ✌🏽

Mixed feelings… I was greeted by 2 employees behind the counter when I entered. They were very pleasant. I asked where the spray bottles were and one of them walked me over to the bottles. Great. Now there was an older employee standing by the bottles, watching me. This employee then picked up the selection of bottles and held them out for me to see & didn’t say a word. Expressionless … (It made me feel uncomfortable. Like can you give me the space to shop on my own? I know how to pick up and look at bottles and don’t need you to hover over me.) 🫤 I went back to look at some of the other reviews, and it makes sense…

Excellent customer service! I went in this evening to buy a wig. I'm getting professional photos done for work and I don't want to put heat on my hair. I had a style in mind that I bought years ago in NYC. I was describing it to the nice lady who works there and she literally found me the EXACT one I wanted. I actually squealed out loud! She was so helpful and really sweet. You could tell she was really happy to have helped me find the perfect one. It was the cutest thing. Totally made my night and I ended up buying two to have a backup. Definitely worth the drive from the Westside in rush hour traffic 🙂
