If you care about toxins in products, go here. It’s hard to find a store that compares in terms of quality of ingredients. Each brand carried at Detox Market goes through a rigorous screening process to ensure products are up to standard.
They carry a variety of brands for make up, skin health, hair products and health serums. Some of their shampoos are kept in a refrigerator, talk about fresh ingredients!
Staff members are highly knowledgeable about the product offerings and make some incredible suggestions. Their staff also go through product trainings led by brands carried at the store.
I came in looking for something to help brighten my skin. After a few suggestions, I went with Marie Veronique’s Vitamins C, E and Ferulic Serum. It cost me about $90 but I’ve been using it for a few weeks now and my skin is glowing.

Wow this place is a natural beauty wonderland!! The space is chic and clean and bright with hundreds of amazing beauty products. From makeup to body oil and everything in between. All high end natural products. Really fun place to discover something new. I came here to find a birthday gift for a friend I know loves natural beauty products and left with something for myself too. Found the perfect gift and they included a very cute cotton gift bag, free samples, making it an overall very pretty gift. The sales people were super helpful and knowledgeable but not overbearing at all. I ended up purchasing another gift for an out of state friend through their website and had another fantastic experience with that. I highly recommend this store!

I am hooked on this place! Sarah was so helpful, kind and knowledgeable of the products. She was so patient and understanding of my needs and took her time with me. And she wasn't pushy! And as for the products? I've been using the skincare, haircare and makeup for a while now and have had wonderful results!

I had checked out some products online but really wanted to test them in person so when I had the opportunity to visit the Beverly store I was really excited. I must say, the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, and could easily explain the difference between “similar” products to me. They allowed me to roam around the store without feeling any pressure and I left with a bunch of new exciting products I couldn’t wait to try. One of the products was out of stock but the sales person told me it could be delivered by mail within 2 days (I was traveling). When I realized I wouldn’t receive my product in time (tracking said 4 days) I contacted customer service with my concern by email and was blown away by their team! Not only did they make me feel understood and valued as a customer, they couriered the product to my door in time for my trip!

I live in Cleveland, OH and my only experience has been through online purchases. I cannot say enough amazing things about their customer service! I also LOVE the option to purchase 4 samples for $7.99. It's a great way to test a product before investing your hard earned money into a product that may or may not work for you.

Beautiful shop, but terrible customer service. The ladies at the store didn't say hello to anyone and were on their computers the whole time as several people left the store because no one offered to help them with the products. A friend and I were excited to finally go to the store as we had researched some products we liked on their online shop and we were planning on switching out a lot of our current makeup to the clean beauty products available at The Detox Market. After my friend approached one of the sales staff to ask about one of the products she was interested in learning more about, the saleswoman rolled her eyes and proceeded to make her feel ashamed for even asking questions about the makeup. It is unfortunate that the store staff didn't take into account the negative customer experience resulting from their indifference. We walked out without purchasing anything due to such terrible customer service.
