I'm so frustrated! I've been debating on posting but since other salons have been able to do what she claimed couldn't be done i decided to post. I went to get my hair done awhile back, The stylist did a few strand tests a week before my appointment an told me it did well an she can do it. After sitting in the chair for 4.5 hours when she went to rinse my hair not only did all the color wash out, it left my hair this strange color! Its hard to see in the pic but it has a ash/gray tone to it. She did offer for me to come back a week later to try an add the burgundy highlights again but I chose not to in fear The color would just wash out again or bleed and make my hair even darker than it is now. It's just frustrating because she is trying to say that it's because we have hard water, I never have an issue with the color washing out or the bleach not taking when I do it myself. Sorry for the long rant its just frustrating when you spend $225 an don't end up with what you want. The first picture is what I wanted done, second is before an last pic is how it turned out.

Me my mom and my grandmother came hear and it was perfect it was gorgeous and clean the hair cuts and color was absolutely gorgeous and our hair lady Courtney was so sweet and we talked the whole time lovely hair wash will 100% go again to get touchups and they even do manicures and waxing.

I love coming in here just to look at the fun jewelry and accessories. I'm a hair stylist myself, but I work in a different town. If I lived in Red Bluff this is exactly the kind of place I would want to work. They are very stylish. The girls are always very friendly, and the jewelry/accessories are very reasonably priced. I try to come in to shop for fun stuff every time I can make it in to town.

I just wanted to share the experience I had today. I called with no appointment and I ended up speaking to Rebecca. Rebecca got me in quick and I had to ask her that question that we all hate to ask. Can I bring my kid in? Rebecca tells me yeah no problem let me talk to my boss and make sure. Not only did Rebecca do an amazing job on my hair they were so nice to my son. The owner of the shop was amazing. Let me tell you she got some merchandise that she sells and had my son pick through it to find the dogs , the cats and the mermaids. I am so glad that I found Rebecca and the cute little shop they have. I just want to tell you guys thank you so much and how wonderful my experience was there.
