i went in a while ago and its an experience ill never forget, dorian helped me and started by asking if i knew someone which i thought was weird because thats a personal question, On one hand if dorian was ever friendly in any matter it would have been taken differently. He provided zero Clarity on the return policy, regardless of coming back the same day the manager also refused to assist with my faulty product. Advised to steer clear of this Facility and just move on to the next one

Their return policy is completely a scam, I’ve tried other dispensaries that told me to simply bring the product back if it is defective but this place wants you to bring the box and the receipt which is understandable; however most people throw the packaging away upon opening their product. If you dont have the packaging, don’t bother trying to get help. Super unfriendly atmosphere if you’re a regular customer, if you get Dorian as your budtender don’t even bother asking questions. Perfect union is a much better option and only about 5 minutes away from NHC, I’ve never had a bad experience there!

Went in this morning and they were offering a free bag of goodies with purchase of $50. Dorian pulled the stuff out of the goodie bag and was scanning it all. When I got back I noticed the edibles weren’t in my bag. I called and he said sorry they weren’t scanning so you don’t get them. No explanation in store or anything. That was not very good customer service. Very disappointed.
