Great local shop! I can only speak for myself and my experiences. I have nothing but gratitude and respect for Colleen, the Owner, who provides clarity, understanding and is always helping those with the very best of intentions. The guidance and support that I have received over the past two years has helped me connect and embrace my spirituality in ways I wouldn't have known how on my own. Colleen and her staff truly serve the community and everyone in it and they take so much pride in sharing this business with us all. It's a one stop shop for everything that you would need to continue and explore whatever your spiritual needs maybe.

Love that the store is local. Prices are great. All the girls are vary helpful and anything they don't know they ask the store owner Colleen. Store hours match there office Colleens Services and I can have my notaries done at the same time. I'm vary happy with all there service's and again love that there local

I love the variety of rocks and crystals, which are reasonably priced, and the jewelry…I’ve bought many pieces over the years! Items procured for the store are unique and well-thought out. So many beautiful items!

Within I is my favorite metaphysical shop in the area. Their selection of crystals, candles, and oils is the best around. All the staff are kind and helpful. I can’t recommend them highly enough

They had a very wide range of items and the staff were very nice, they let me shop around in peace till I was ready to check out and they had a great crystal and book selection. I’m definitely going back again soon would definitely recommend

I live and work in Visalia on the SouthWest side, so before going to the Within I shop I both Googled and called to check that it was open. Both Google and phone message said it was open.

Yet, I sat outside the shop for 45 minutes. I could see through the glass that there was a candle lit inside the shop on the counter. The door sign says Welcome, We’re Open. There’s was a street sign propped open outside on the sidewalk. The Google ad says they’re open. Their phone message says they’re open. However, both doors were locked and no one responded to my knocking. There was no courtesy sign on the doors advising if they stepped out, or when they’d return. Since sitting there in my car, four other customers came only to turn around and leave because it was locked. I drove from Visalia during my lunch hour, but after 45 minutes of waiting I left frustrated. I couldn’t wait any longer as it was inching close to an hour.

I wrote to them on Facebook to inform them what happened, and although it appears by the open icon that my message was read, I did not receive a response.

Very disappointed, as this has happened before…which is why I checked first before going. Four times now I’ve gone in the past few years, only to arrive to a closed shop (their advertised hours do not reflect their true open business hours as they vary.)

I want to support local small businesses but sadly, this might very well be my last attempt at Within I. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere hereforth.

I wasn't a fan. It felt like they were just selling overpriced knick-knacks to people, plus they didn't greet us and waited until we were leaving to ask if we needed anything. I was turned off right away when their little dogs were barking at us as we came into the store, waking up my baby. I prefer the Crystal Barn.

A couple years ago It was a 5 star place. Now they're just rude and never acknowledge you. And they won't sell you items if it's for an event. ((I get your want to take items to sell at the event; but isn't that why you have it on display? To sell it)) The people who work there know nothing about what they sell.
