5 Stars for Lush’s outstanding products yet Lush has not been the same ever since my favorite ex worker Daisy has left. I have now switched to curbside pickup yet i will try to stop in store once in a while.Daisy was an amazing asset to the Lush team that showed me the best products. I have yet to establish a great connection with a new team member @ Lush.

I love Lush. So many wonderful products. I really like the seaweed shampoo bar and body butter bar. Amazing products with recognizable ingredients and little or no plastic to add to the environment

This place is a real hit or miss. Sometimes the product is amazing and works as it’s supposed to other times (their solid cream avocado conditioner for example got stuck in my hair like wax). Not cool. 1/10 Do not recommended. The bath bombs are usually pretty decent as well as the body wash cards. The face masks are nice, but because they are fresh they expire quickly. Also the customer service really fluctuates between overbearing and inattentive. The last time I was there I was completely ignored and when I went to make my purchases the cashier asked me if I knew how to use the product...mind you I brought only bath bombs. (Condescending a**hole) laughed in my face. Other than that it seems like a passing fad...

came to this location, was in there for about 5 mins at most? i don’t come to lush often, but today i was helped by Jenny. She was so kind and helped me find lovely scents catered to my scent tastes and profile! Will definitely be returning, she made my short visit very enjoyable. 🙂

Always a fantastic experience!! Free samples and bought a bunch of stuff for myself and the family. Personally recommend and love the tooth tabs!! I'll never go back to traditional toothpaste again!! Thanks LUSH!
