This happened a while back (around late 2022-early 2023). I was out with my friends, checking out some of the stores when we popped into this store. We looked over some of the items and picked up and inspected some of the boxes. The cashier/front worker (middle aged women with red hair if I recall correctly.) had come up to us and told us that they had cameras all over the store, so if we were going to steal something that they would know. We obviously reponded to this notion, told her we were simply browsing but she insisted and to be more careful next time. Just really unpleasant worker that completely ruined our experience.

i came here yesterday and the vibes were great. the lady who was working there was very nice and helped me with the things i wanted to look at. prices are good. and i'm definitely going to come back 🙂

She was rude and condescending. She treated me like I was stupid And that I didn't know what I was talking about. I wanted to purchase various Tarot's but during the transaction I noticed that some of the boxes looked open and worn. She said they were all new. I bought only 2. When I got home I found that one was missing the explanation chart. This from someone who says she's a sensitive... she had no conecting energy.

I had a tarot reading yesterday with Yina and she was amazing. I usually prefer readings without tools but after reading other reviews I figured I give it try again and I'm glad I did. She was on point with everything and she even gave me some advice. It's only 25 bucks and it's worth it... Oh yeah I went to that botanica a few times before my reading and they have a lot of cool items, and the lady who works for the shop was very friendly and helpful...
