This facility case manager or social worker never contacted the family. When we tried several times to talk to him never got call back or excuses, and never was told he was in hospice care for two months. Finally contact family when family member was deceased. Investigate these nursing homes before your love one is placed there.

This place is awful beware of the black widow spider name Jocelyn with the bad weave to little dress and the 99 cent store make up she’s ignorant and your love ones are not safe and they will starve 😡
