Just visited this fantastic establishment! They are all so lovely. From Doctor Angela, to Sunny- at the front desk, both of whom are so caring and delightful. They make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk into their stunning facility. I needed two moles removed and it was such an easy, fast, and painless process. Doctor Angela was so warm and caring, she is very efficient and she removed the mole perfectly. I’m amazed. They do many different treatments, including really advanced laser treatments, and are very fairly priced. I’m so happy I found them. Everyone should go here for your skin needs!

I was referred to this beautiful skincare medspa. I've been three times so far, one of the best decisions I've ever made. She is very professional, knowledgeable, and clean; and the staff is very kind. It's a really beautiful atmosphere, love the marble glitter flooring. My skin afterwards is always in a way better condition, absolutely beautiful.

Best skincare service in LA. I don’t know why some people are complaining, but I’ve been to Lavender Skincare for the past 5 years, and I never had any problem or concerns.
I had body massage and acne treatment package deal, and I am glad I went to Lavender instead of anywhere else. Normally other places would would recommend me mismatching, expensive products, but the owner here would personally see my face condition and recommend only the best match product that would work the best with my skin.

During Corona season they seem bit understaffed, but that is same for all other places. They always kept the place clean with individual rooms and cleaned the sheets after every customers, and that what matters.

I went here for the first time yesterday and had a great experience. It's more like going to someone's cozy home than to a nail salon - the ladies are all warm and friendly, hanging up coats and offering green tea. My nails look wonderful and the price was very reasonable. Will definitely go back!

I've gotten many facials from pricier spas throughout LA and Lavender is hands down the best in terms value and level of service. The owner and the other estheticians here do an extremely thorough job at cleansing the skin and making sure that every single clogged pore is extracted. I always leave with baby soft skin that is congestion free. They also take their time massaging your face, shoulders, upper arms and neck area. I like my massages to be vigorous - in fact, nothing bothers me more than getting a facial at a high end spa and feeling like my face was barely touched. The massages here are given with just the right amount of pressure while at the same time being very relaxing. I live on the Westside where there are plenty of spa options, but nothing beats a Korean facial!

I went last week with my friend. And I was very disappointed. It was terrible .
I checked my appointments 2 times . They said ok, but take too much clients at the same time so after cleansing we needed to wait lying in the bed. And they kept change people who work on me and my friend. I have no idea they did sanitize before working other and me and others. They kept go out and came in back and forth.

During this covid situation most of shop closed or they really care about cleaning and sanitizing. But this owner,she looks like want to get little more penny.

They didn't focus my face still dry.
They were too busy so when I pay there was no one , so I needed to wait again.

I go to massage skincare alot.
But this was the worst experience that I've ever had .
They relly don't know how dangerous now.
They touch skin directly.
