SCAM ALERT – STAY AWAY!

I have never dealt with a more dishonest and incompetent company. It took countless calls and emails just to get a basic response. After multiple assurances that my subscription was canceled, they went ahead and reactivated it WITHOUT MY CONSENT. This is beyond unacceptable—it's fraud.

If you're thinking about signing up, DON'T! They will trap you in an endless cycle of false promises and unauthorized charges. STAY FAR AWAY!

My experience at the Malibu store was absolutely wonderful and informative! Alexander Grajalez was amazing! His personal style and touch helped to elevate my experience and I was excited about my purchase and plan to stop by when back in Malibu again. Went into the Malibu store today and Dakota was amazing! He gave us the whole run down on the product and the scents, we ended up purchasing a diffuser and and amazing scent! Love the science behind it and can’t wait to make my house smell like a hotel!

Dakota was amazing. He shared a lot info with me as I have never walked into one of these stores in my life . He took the time to discuss scents , subscriptions, and overall value of how these luxury diffusers change an entire atmosphere /mood & vibe to any setting.
