We came up to Mammoth Lakes for the Bluesapaloosa Festival. Rode straight into our designated parking spot, walked up two floors to our condo. Kitchen, Dining room, Living room, Bathrooms and Bedrooms were nice and clean. Quickly connected to the house WiFi and settled in. The two markets were close by. Kitchen had a Stove, Dishwasher, Refrigerator, Toaster oven, Microwave and a Drip Coffee Maker.||The first night, the upstairs rooms got hot. We could not figure were and if we could turn down the temperature. Second night we had to open the window and crack open the sliding glass door downstairs to get some air flow. The Living room had a really BIG TV but too many remotes to figure out which worked what, crazy. I wish the laundry room was on each floor for convenience, but they are located on the bottom floor of each bldg. ||Overall, a good place to stay.

Summit condos has at least 5 separate buildings. We stayed at the Emerson building and paid premium for a 1 bedroom condo that was newly remodeled and closer to Eagle Lodge Lift. We were pleased by the cleanliness of the unit, covered parking and distance to the lift. It is a place to sleep when one is desperate for a place to stay during the peak season in Mammoth. We usually stay at Juniper Springs but the condo we usually rent was not available. ||||Don't expect fancy living here even if it costs $400.00 a night during peaK season. Furniture, pots and pans need updating. There was one pot and one pan decent enough to use for cooking. The rest are all scratched up. ||You will be provided with only 4 towels so bring your own if you need more. You have to drive to their office on Main street to get new towels in exchange of the old.||||Still, we consider ourselves lucky to get one of the better units in the building. Our friends rented a similar unit, paid less, and got one horrible condo with no wifi, no heat, disgusting carpeting, etc.

We stayed in Summit 274 in the Conniff lodge. Advertised as walking distance from Eagle proved difficult for the wee ones. The two bedrooms upstairs, king w/walls and another queen bedded loft proved not very private with a shared bath between them. Downstairs was well appointed throughout. The second private bedroom was|the bunk room which the boys loved! Too bad the bunk room wasn't situated in the loft for a more private feel for the adults. No in-suite baths but 3 full baths proved sufficient. Overall a wonderful Christmas experience however with the bedroom configuration we'll not be re-booking. Unclear directions to find condo as we entered 3 buildings and we're unable to locate our unit. Whew, lots of stairclimbing!

Disappointed in the 1 bedroom condo on 1st floor of Forester. Very close walking, less than 500 steps, to Eagle lift. View of lift from condo. Old shag carpet, linoleum floor in kitchen and bath, peeling paint, dishwasher that does not dry or drain the water, very low hot water flow in the kitchen, spiders (killed 3 during our stay), upstairs condo guests noisy and footsteps would vibrate and jiggle the light fixtures in our unit, old wall heating units noisy and did not circulate the heat evenly. Adequate blankets, sheets and sleeping bags for the 2 queen sofa beds in the living room. Large open concept for living/dining/kitchen room. Large screen tv with dvd, stereo system, but no available DVDs. Game table but what games? Old lopsided chairs. Sporadic free wi-fi. Sorry, would not recommend this condo and we paid $500/night during Xmas week.

Came up for family mountain biking and hiking trip. Building D unit 283 was remodeled new, very clean and had everything we could have needed in the kitchen. The only thing lacking was towels for the pool and not the white bathroom towels. Top jacuzzi is cool and sauna did not work but pool jacuzzi was hot. We would come back. Great location across from golf course and walking paths.

We stayed 4 nights over Christmas vacation at condo 54, we were somewhat disappointed at the experience. Location is great, however, this place is dirty and noisy. We could hear everything from upstair. Bathroom has a blood stain on top of the toilet besides the dirty dusty floor, bed linen has hairs left on them, curtain and household equipment are dirty, dishes and glassware have food particles or some has stains left on them. Our wood fireplace didn't worked, we were provided some small wood chips, but the smoke leaks back to the unit. We will avoid this place and go elsewhere from now on.

When we choose a condo at a ski resort covered parking and comfort are on our list. We were promised a designated underground parking spot but when we arrived someone else was parked there. We phoned the office immediately but over 24 hours later we still can't use our spot. ||The patio doors don't close, twice I've needed help, while waiting for maintenance I get to freeze. There's no kindling to light the fire - the kindling box is empty (I tried to light the fire without kindling to avoid opening the patio doors again! That didn't work so I opened them only to find there's no kindling). There is one bright spot - we leave tomorrow!

Good location when the Eagle chairlift is open in the winter. Condo's are individually owned so quality, quaintness, and comfort is unit by unit. Good outdoor jacuzzi's with sauna and bathrooms. Parking can be a pain depending on your group size and number of cars.
