Kimra, my sleep specialist, was terrific! She took her time answering my questions. She showed me my options and gave recommendations from my described preferences. The store was very clean. They used personal covers to keep everything hygienic. Much better being able to try it rather than ordering online sight unseen. Highly recommend!!

Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I was greeted coldly when I walked into the store by the sole employee. I had a few questions about a product, which the employee completely ignored multiple times and cut me off by talking about a different topic.

I then asked about another product that I wanted to buy and she told me they were out of stock. She then proceeded to grab a different product and try to ring me up without me even approving/asking for that product. The whole time I was there I felt rushed and pressured into a purchase by that employee and it felt like she did not want me in the store.
I eventually walked out.

The whole experience left me feeling unheard, rushed and disrespected. This is the first review I have ever posted of any sort because the customer service experience was the worse I have ever felt.
