We got in the hotel at 4 pm
Checkin was easy, but the appliances didn’t work , we tried calling a the hotel. No one on the front desk. We got a recording machine , which was full and couldn’t accept any message. So basically we weee out of TV and everything else.

Quite basic, staff are friendly.

Very nice little hotel in Mariposa CA. Bed matress was very soft to our taste probably needs replacement other than that great experience at a reasonable price.

Great location, about an hour outside the park. Easy and quick check in. Rooms are perfect for a post hike snooze. Would definitely book again when in Yosemite. Lots of good places to check out in Mariposa as well. I would recommend the Alley for pizza which is around the corner.

We just needed a place to sleep and hate spending more than $100. This room was cheap, clean, quiet, had a comfy bed and pillows, hot water and good water pressure. Everything I care about. The room was small but nicely furnished. Shower was very small but I don’t care. Refridge, microwave and coffee maker all worked. Staff was very friendly. We stayed two nights and would stay again. Could walk the town and to the grocery store and the little bakery up the street.

Real cute n simple lodge right outside of Yosemite! Compared to other hotels I’ve been to, this one is quite clean. Staff were friendly too, and directed us to our rooms over the phone as we arrived late at night and nobody was at the office. Loved the environment, as we opened the windows at night to let the fragrant oak aroma of the nearby forest go into our rooms before we slept.

Location ideal for when you're heading to the Yosemite NP the following day.

Not sure if it was just my room or all the rooms or if it was because the previous occupant left the door without the insect screen open at night with the lights on, but in the room and the bathroom the were a lot of insects, mosquitoes, little flies and such.
