I enjoyed this casino. The rooms were nice and reasonably priced. We ate at the California buffet inside the casino. They offer every main cuisine. There are 3-4 other restaurants inside the casino. A DJ was playing in the lounge on Saturday night. If you looking for a nice weekend getaway this a good place. The only thing I didn’t like was the smoke but that is expected inside a casino.

Always excellent service and amazing people at Chukchansi! It starts with the Valet and Bellman - both fantastic! The NoHo cafe has incredible food and the best servers - love them! Casino games and slots never disappoint. And for that special event nothing beats Vintage for an incredible dining experience! Love staying in the hotel too! A wonderful experience overall delivered by a superb team!

Great casino to come to and visit the food is great. The machines are great. Had a great time. The bit the rooms were very well clean and eat updated would definitely keep coming back. Happy Valentine’s Day.

MY family and I were on an adventure and stopped here to stay a couple of nights. The parking was easy and the staff in and out were fantastic. |THIS place is absolutely gorgeous..|We felt like we were in a Hallmark movie. |We had dinner at the buffet. Pricing was not bad at all and well worth it. Everything was fresh and hot. |THE ROOMS were clean and roomy. The beds were comfy and plenty of pillows....|We also had breakfast in one of their many restaurants. The taste was great and Very hardy...|WE WILL DEFINITELY BE RECOMMENDING TO FAMILY AND FRIENDS AND TRAVEL BACK OURSELVES.

Very nice clean room with 2 queen beds that were very comfortable. The staff is super friendly and I loved the extra security of only guests having access to room elevators. We ate dinner at Noodle Bar and it was fantastic. Super delicious and priced very well.

Went to the spa/pool area and noticed there were no towels. I called them to let them know at around 8pm and they told me they were sending someone down asap. I stayed inside the pool for about 45 minutes and still no towels. I called again at around 9pm and was transferred 3 times before reaching the front desk and they said they would send someone down asap. 20 minutes later and they finally have someone come down after multiple people had already left the pool area with no towels or having to get their towel from their rooms to come back down.

I get it I should also bring a towel, but at the same time this is a resort who prides themselves with customer service but yet towels were not restocked and I had to wait over an hour and a half just to get a towel. What if I had children with me and I had to wait or bring them back to the room cold and wet. I’m glad I did not have small kids with me. Honestly have no issues with anything else but the service could've been better. I like it at chukchansi, no issues but this time was a struggle I’m sad to say…

I don't like the casino part because they allow beer n they allow smoking. They shouldn't allow any smokeing or beer there if someone that is in there 20s n looks like a kid n they kicks a adult in there 20s out of the casino part. If there going to allow smoking n liquor they should allow it to be on a different other part of the casino not where someone looks in there 20s n kicks them out. 😡Bad customer service of the casino part. But what I like is the room service is 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ food is awesome 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ but bad casino service 1 ⭐ if they didn't ask young adults for there ID I would put it a 5 ⭐but 1 ⭐ because I'm disappointed for the casino service 😡 women's restrooms r ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐5 stars they r very clean

I have driven here for the day but mostly drive up and stay a few nights. The staff is so friendly and helpful at check in and for any other thing you may want or need. There is security guard at the elevator to check that only registered guests can get to the hotel floors. During the summer there is an indoor/outdoor pool. With a Jacuzzi indoors and one outdoors.
The rooms are always very clean. They are nice and spacious. They have two towers for the rooms. I have stayed in both and would not recommend one over the other. They are both equally close to the casino.
The casino has a bar in the center for you to buy alcohol drinks. Plus waters are given freely.
I would say that the casino has more and better payouts then most casinos in the central valley.
The surrounding area is a beautiful. Mountain setting yet the drive to it is not a winding road with curves you have to worry about and a lot of passing lane sections for those who like to drive faster then others.
What did I miss. Oh yeah. Become a rewards member. Nothing you have to buy just collect your rewards from gambling. My last trip I got enough points for a beautiful soft blanket. I won a t shirt in the free slot tournament and have enough rewards points that I ate at the all you can eat restaurant for free.
Have never run into a rude employee. I like all that I have run into or dealt with.
If you have never been. Go. If you have been. go back.
