Came here for edge control & from the moment I entered the store I was being watched & followed as if I was going to steal. The lady literally watched from the end of the aisle while I looked for the edge control. I didn’t even end up buying anything because I felt uncomfortable & because I don’t want to support a business that treats their customers like thieves. If I could leave zero stars I would. I won’t be back. Customer service sucks

Owner is rude, I guess she have come across the wrong customers in her past. Some people just aren’t meant to be business owners. Did not receive assistance from the chick in braids, then I accidentally spilled my drink, and they acted like I broke an item. No, your customer service SUCKS! Owner is lazy and her employee is running all over the store as if she owned her employee.

Came here to purchase a tweezer it’s in the front counter right up under the cameras The cashier was watching me like a hawk. If your customers can’t feel welcome, they won’t return. I am not surprised why this hair store is never busy.

Word of advice first impression is everything . Why would I want to return to an establishment that assumes that I’m going to steal when I came to spend money?
