On time, listened to my history and current problems (or what I thought I had) found much more in testing. Like the long range maintenance program, more expensive but worth it long term. Like options of aids. She explained why little in the ear aid would not be satisfactory because of current condition of my heating. Glad I switched from good previous practitioner but drive to Denver no longer necessary. Yes, the do recommend this company with great staff

Staff great. OWNER UNRELIABLE, CALLING INTO QUESTION WHETHER A CLIENT WOULD WANT TO PUT OUT THE MONEY FOR THEIR PRODUCTS THROUGH THIS SPECIFIC COMPANY. LEFT CLIENTS HIGH AND DRY IN OUR COMMUNITY BY SHUTTING DOWN SUDDENLY, FORCING CLIENTS TO NOW TRAVEL 70 MILES FOR FOLLOWUP. WE WERE NOT NOTIFIED OF ANY COMING DEPARTURE

I have had nothing but good experiences at a Better Hearing Center. They have taken such good care of me. My hearing is doing really well. I think Kelsie is the best! She is so kind and so knowledgeable. She takes her time with you till she gets it right. I just think she is great. Wendy does a good job of taking care of cleaning my hearing aids. She is so sweet. I am so happy that we have them here in Buena Vista. We are blessed.

Brooke Bowen, who is the examiner, is the most knowledgeable, friendly, caring individual! We chose her practice after noticing that she has all five star reviews. She and her receptionist certainly live up to those stars. We were made to feel welcome as soon as we walked through the door. We had everything explained to us throughout the examination. It was even more so rewarding because you don't realize that Dementia, which is what my mother has, plays a very serious role in hearing and the brain. To have that revealed and explained to us in terms we could understand was certainly helpful to us both. Hearing what brought Brooke to her field, her assisting those needing hearing aids who could not afford them, and finding out there is a program for them and the touching tales of patients hearing for the first time made our visit memorable via learning, not just as a learning process that I personally did not expect to experience, but through our hearts too, and gave me ideas of how neighbors in our own community could be assisted by this fine individual and her staff. My mother is finally hearing, no longer asking me to "speak up", and we're eternally grateful for the knowledge, the experience and the friend made for life! We'd hand out 20 🌟 if we could! Brooke is AWESOME! My mom suffers from dementia and Brooke has been working closely with her to make sure she hears at an optimum level. Brooke is always available to answer questions, even offering to meet us after hours to make adjustments to my mom’s hearing aids. I highly recommend the Buena Vista office for hearing aids. Thank you SO Much! SO Much!

I'm definitely not the regular customer. But I had been dealing with discomfort in my ear for almost 9 years. Been to the ERs, doctors, and gave me antibiotics, told me it would go away...

I grew to just accept the uncomfort I dealt with in my ear on different occasions, mostly after swimming. When it felt like I had swimmers ear, but none of the medications or wax candles did anything to help..

On a whim, we walked into A Better Hearing Center while doing laundry next door and asked for help.. The doctor took time out of her busy schedule, sat me in her office and looked into my ear. And she found something Wrong... She couldn't see my eardrum... To see if it was ruptured or not!

She got her tools together and slowly started removing what came to be a gigantic ball of your wax that had been in my inner ear for entirely too long! I never knew how bad it had gotten. Until I felt the sensation of relief in my ear and I could actually hear out of my ear for the first time again! It brought me to tears. Mike, I couldn't control the tears, because I didn't realize I couldn't hear for all those years!

Thank you for taking the time to actually look at me like a person and take care of my problem professionally. You have no idea how much that meant to me, and how much better I feel ever since!
