I just wanted to get my money back since the tip stopped working I never even got to use the spray so I called and ask to bring bottle back I explained to the woman what happened she says to complain to the company not her . So; DONT WASTE YOUR TIME THEY GIVE NO RECEIPTS AND WILL NOT EXCHANGE OR REFUND MONEY ON ANY ITEMS!!!! CLOSE THE PLACE DOWN BING BONG

Their really lazy, and unprofessional. When you call to ask about bundles and prices the man that works there always has the same excuse as to why he can’t tell you the prices.(Which is that he doesn’t remember the prices)”. They want you to come all the way over there to find out prices for hair when the prices are literally sitting there on the register. That’s very unprofessional, and lazy and I will not be referring people to them or be doing business with them anymore.

Every time I go in there they friendly to me. And I am one of the biggest critics ever. They have beautiful jewelry. They're wigs are gorgeous. They have everything in theyre store. One of a kind. Go see fit yourself. You will come back again.
