I am so grateful for Achieve Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine helped me to overcome a shoulder impingement. They took the time and care to understand my issue, and help me to overcome my issue through teaching me proper stretches and strengthening exercises. I was seen by multiple therapists, each of them understood my issue and help me get released within a 6-week period. It was great to get to know all of you, and it's wonderful knowing that if I have an issue going forward I can come back and pick up where we left off. Thank you guys so much!

I was in a pretty bad car accident back in November. Part of my recovery was doing Physical Therapy for my injured right arm and shoulder. I received my Therapy at Achieve Phys Therapy in LaCrosse, WI, and had significant improvement in my ability for better use of my arm.
I worked with Steve and Bailey. What a team!! I would recommend Achieve Phys Therapy to anyone needing this kind of treatment. They have several offices in the area, making it easy to find one closest to you.

Staff was really friendly and my therapists Alysa and Bailey were great , Chloe was really helpful scheduling my appointments. My husband also had his knee replacement therapy at Achieve years ago and will return for therapy after his hip replacement . I was able to complete my therapy in 6 weeks after my knee replacement- I was very pleased with the progress! Highly recommend them

I was at the Holmen location on 9/4 (yesterday) and received a one-hour deep tissue & trigger point treatment from Karl and had not been able to turn my head without turning my body for nearly three months at that point. I also drove three hours from Saint Peter, MN to have this appointment, and it is ABSOLUTELY worth every single cent in the gas, time, and appointment costs.

Karl started the appointment with a calm soothing voice and asked me what my main issues were, if I was having pain anywhere, and what I had hoped to accomplish with the appointment. After a short discussion on what would be realistically feasible for the time slot I had, we started the massage. I felt as though he took the time to truly listen to me, my concerns, and also express what was realistic in a compassionate and person first nature that left me not feeling as though I was talked down to or dismissed.

During the appointment he sometimes would ask me if I was feeling any pressures or releases in certain areas of my body, asked if it was radiating anywhere, and was very receptive to what my body could and could not handle before I even needed to ask for adjustments in his techniques. Muscles is this man's middle name.

He was able to not only release my neck, but a good portion of my shoulders as well. Today I am able to move my head without moving my body, I have been able to crack a couple areas just from normal movements, and the pain is literally gone. I did not wake up crying, and it started my day with a HUGE smile.

I have some lingering soreness, especially in one area of my neck/shoulder that gave Karl some issues, but it is absolutely nothing compared to what it was and is rapidly dissipating throughout the day. Water and ice helps!

The front staff themselves, Stefanie (who also happens to be the owner and AMAZING) & Maya (who had her first day yesterday and NAILED IT!!!!) were absolutely bubbly and great too.

As an AuDHD (Autistic/ADHD) trans masc queer person, I could not have felt more welcomed and safer there. Karl is of the upmost professionalism and even asked in a very professional manner if there were areas to avoid for gender dysphoria reasons.

A handful of times throughout the year I have to go to Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN and because that puts me within a hour of the Holmen location, I definitely plan on making more appointments on days I am down that way.

Five Star plus! I went to the Arcadia location, and I can't say enough about the staff, environment, cleanliness, and the "achievement" I was able to do in my 12 weeks of therapy. I worked 90% with Briana who worked diligently with me. Considering on my first visit. I was totally not able to walk, and, when I left, I was walking with a walker. Briana went out of her way searching different techniques of helping me with my ability to not just pivot, but to actually walk. I am at home now and every day is a new achievement in my life thanks to God and Briana!

Had been in therapy since Easter with a pulled muscle in my right hip. Steve and Robby have done an exceptional job of getting my hip and back into great shape. I am now pain free. I recommend if anyone has problems to go to Achieve and work with both these 2 gentlemen. Thanks to both of you two getting me back up and to walk again without pain.
