Love this place! Got to visit while staying in Hot Springs and it was worth the trip up! The customer service was amazing. I was helped by the daughter of the owner and she made sure I left with something I loved. They have a gorgeous scent collection and samples of everything (I got to take home a little bottle of their Lui Elle body oil, and bought a soap bar in the same scent) so if you’re feeling indecisive you can always order online later. If you have any questions, they are just as attentive and personable over the phone. I believe they also do classes, unfortunately I didn’t get the chance to attend one. Beautiful store!!

AcScents Soap Co. is a very special company. I found a hidden gem when I was walking by the lovely lady gave me a tour. She was so informative, patient and kind. I look forward to using the products and coming back again and again. I am excited about trying more products in the future. The staff was very professional and knowledgeable. Expect a unique experience and to leave with a TaylorMade sent. Will feel like it's made just for you. Great if you don't want to smell like anyone else.

The soaps/lotions/body oils here smell SO good (especially the men's cologne soaps). And the ladies that work are so kind and helpful.

I’ve found my new soap place. This is literally the best place I’ve been to in SoMA. Everything is so natural and locally based, you support one local/small business who buys from the businesses in the area. The smells are so natural and long lasting! Trust me, it will not get on your nerves, it’s light, subtle and natural. When I entered, she greeted me and immediately told us about her store (which is the best thing cause then you have a personal guide to what your looking for). Her soaps cater to both men and women, and she even has candles from a business nearby! Everything smelled beautiful in there, she even gave me samples to the ones she had. Her asking me questions and telling me about her products really made me feel heard and comfortable using them. My favorite she showed me was Vanilla Kisses. OH LORD, when I tell you it is heaven on earth, I’m under exaggerating because it’s better than that. It’s not a bath and body works vanilla, it’s so earthly and subtle you’ll fall in love with it on the spot. I’ve been eyeing her business for a while now and I’m glad I went. I’m glad I’ve found a black-owned soap place to buy from. Did I tell you she also does custom orders? I’ll most definitely be ordering for Christmas.

I walk in this store months ago based on the sign outside. I was greeted by a young lady with a wealth of knowledge about the product. I have been a loyal customer every since. My skin is better. My daughters acne is better. I could go on and on. Stop in. There is something for everyone. The yoni bar is my favorite.

Jessica was so amazing and personable. All the scents here are amazing and cater to everyone’s scent preferences. The different shopping experience are so innovative, as a first time shopper this definitely made me want to come back and order!
