One of the only dentists in this area that actually ACCEPTS WV Medicaid to cover the cost of dentures!! They booked me an appointment for an exam and X-rays within the week of calling. I was seen immediately the minute I walked in for my appointment. The exam and X-rays literally took 10 minutes and referred me to an oral surgeon. The dentist was very attentive, caring and explained the entire process to me. He also took the time to answer all my questions and didn't rush me out the door, which was a huge plus for me. The staff are very polite and treat you well; you can tell they enjoy their job and care for their patients. I highly recommend this office, especially if you have WV Medicaid!

Alicia is always so friendly and chatty when cleaning your teeth, which I love! Who doesn't love a good vent sesh?
Ashley is wonderful, caring and accommodating! I always love seeing Patty, she is a breath of fresh air and so kind! Dr Matt, you can tell her really cares about his patients and is just all around a nice person and has created a nice work environment for these girls! Great job!

Everyone there was really nice, the lady that cleaned my teeth did a great job. The Dentist answered all my questions and explained everything to me in detail. The facility was clean and organized.

The receptionist is unfriendly and disrespectful when you call and she’s a first face you see. For the first person you see when you go in there I think she should be kind respectful at least smile because that makes the office look bad

All the staff are very friendly, non judgemental and very caring. They are very fast with what they do and very professional. They Help alleviate my anxiety for sure. I trust them fully and would highly recommend them. 10/10
