Have had great experiences both for routine checks and removal of a concerning item.
Appts do book out a while, likely because it’s a great practice that inspires loyalty. Everyone is friendly, timely and efficient but they do take time to listen and address any questions or concerns.

Doctor and assistants are caring and proficient - I would go back. Billing, office administration and scheduling inept.
Received incorrect BILLING overcharging me by 2x and did not follow my insurance plan's coverage. Insurance agency confirmed the correct pricing with me and their billing accountant on the phone. The billing accountant was supposed to fix the bill and resend. I sent a letter to the billing office summarizing the call and provided the Insurance EOB. Since then I received two payment demand letters for the same overpriced amount and threat to report the nonpayment to a credit agency. No response to my letter and the insurance company never received a resubmitted bill.
SCHEDULING follow up office visits was a challenge and difficult to get anyone on the phone. Though multiple attempts to login to the web portal, I was unsuccessful and I could not get a workable solution from their office administration.
Note - on their website they use ARRIVALA review writing service which allows the practice to filter out negative reviews prior to them being posted on their website.

Not recommended for consistent care. New dermatologists frequently rotate through, often inexperienced. Recent billing issue: told no charge for freezing lesions but billed for it under a flat rate for lesion removal. They do not readily discuss pricing. Nurses are usually nice but you're better off exploring other offices where patients are prioritized over profits. I would have opted for the removal of all my moles had I known about the billing structure. Now I am stuck with the bill for a very simple procedure.
