Definitely would not recommended for your children. My daughter was anxious already but it was 10x worse by the lack of communication from the lady doing her x-rays and cleaning. I felt as if she was rude multiple times during our visit.

Lady at front desk was amazing but my son said the lady who did his x-ray when she took him back was very rude to him. Office visit was very long. Appointment was 1:30 and 2 and we didn’t get out till 4pm For our first visit. Some of the workers you could tell have an attitude, For a kids dentist I think some of the workers that clean the teeth should have a better attitude.

I am extremely disappointed with the service at Advantage Dental in Enterprise, AL. My son had an appointment for a much-needed dental cleaning, and after driving nearly an hour to get there, we arrived only to find out that the appointment had been canceled—without any notice. No call, no text, nothing. This is completely unacceptable, especially considering that this is not the first, second, or even third time something like this has happened. It seems to be a recurring issue at this location.

To make matters worse, the lobby was unbearably hot and humid, making it almost impossible to breathe. Meanwhile, the back of the office (where the staff is) clearly had air conditioning. The lack of care for patients’ comfort is unacceptable.

What’s even more frustrating is that it took over a month just to get this appointment, only for them to cancel it last minute. Now, they’re telling me my son has to wait another month to be seen—all while he is in pain. This level of unprofessionalism is beyond frustrating. The staff never seems to have a clear answer for anything, and their lack of communication is ridiculous.

If you are considering bringing your child here, I strongly advise you to look elsewhere. A dental office should care about its patients, but this one has proven time and time again that they do not. I will be looking for another provider because my child deserves better!

I called to get my child an appointment they were able to get us in first thawing thw next morning which was great! When we arrived we waited for 1.5 hours in a waiting room full of coughing children with snotty noses. We go back to see Dr who never introduced herself did not tell me anything about what they were planning to do to my child teeth. I don’t beleive ahe was the actual dentist because she told me she needed to get the dentist, neither of which spoke to me about the plan or anyhting they were going to do! She has a mouth full of cavities due to fear of the dentist. After the initial exam we were scheduled to get her teeth fixed FIVE MONTHS LATER!!!! And I just got a message that it has now been moved back two months!!!!! So my child who has rotten teeth and needs thwm fixed is expected to wait seven months to receive any type of care!!!!! Would NOT RECOMMEND and no I will not call with a bad review for it to be hidden!

Had a wonderful experience with the staff who did an incredible job working with my son who has autism and adhd. They made him feel comfortable which meant the world to us! The wait was an hour long, but they allowed us to wait in the car which helped a ton. We’d love to come back!

Took my daughter for her first time ever visit.. she went in a little scared and by the time we had only taken her weight and X-rays she said “mommy I love my new doctors”! Thank you Dr Williams and his D.A. I’m sorry I can’t remember her name but I know her face! 10000/10 recommendations!!

I love this place!! Took a bit to get seen even though I had a scheduled appointment, but now I know it’s because they ensure each patient is receiving great detailed care! Especially the kids!!

I would give zero stars if I could. We have been with this place for Years and I’ve given them the benefit of the doubt, especially since our first experience, wasn’t that great. This office is not good with children. They do not explain the procedures well And just do not have kid friendly personalities, Especially with children that are already scared. They do not value their patients or their time. Is also been twice already that they have had to work me in because I could not answer the phone to confirm my appointment one Day because I was working, And the second time they claimed to have called me and left a voicemail but never did and cancel my appointment anyway, Even though I had confirmed through email already, and had to work Us in. And still wouldn’t see us after my child had already calmed down. He would have calmed down to begin with if they would’ve took the time to speak with him and tell them what they were gonna do. And they all just have bland personalities around children. If they would actually smile a little bit, maybe the children wouldn’t be so scared. As somebody that has stuck with this practice for years Due to insurance purposes, I would pay out-of-pocket to take my child somewhere else Before I would ever go back to them. Do your children a favor and take them somewhere that won’t traumatize them or make them feel scared. Today was not the first bad encounter that my kid has had with them. The Very first visit, the doctor didn’t even speak to my child. He just got me to lay him back, and he dug around in his mouth and then was done, And he was crying the whole time. I regret even staying. You cannot pay me to take my children back there.
