Ordered a medical kit , band aids etc. it arrived with damage. Emailed and got no response. Called and was told a supervisor would authorize and an RMA would be emailed. No follow up or email received. Placed second call and was told no RMA on medical items . This is not stated in their return policy. Sales rep was rude and stated package was not damaged when shipped. Damage was inside so basically calling me a liar. Worst online experience, avoid this company at all cost !
