Amber the manager is very rude! I made a purchase I was unable to fit the items so as anyone would do I took the items back for a refund in the original form of payment (oh when I made the purchase the girl forgot to remove one of the security tags off the shorts) so if I were able to fit the shorts I would not have been able to wear them cause of that blooper!
1. The nice young lady (not Amber) started the return she needed Amber’s assistance
2. Calls Amber over
3. Amber starts yelling becoming very aggressive-hostile flopping her hands around like a animal
4. Other customers are watching we are all getting uncomfortable at how AGGRESSIVE AMBER WAS CONDUCTING HERSELF
5. I actually lost my debit card that was used for this purpose

Amber is still very hostile I request her call customer service “I’m the manager I’m telling you what they will tell you because I’m the manager” I’m simply trying to tell her (Amber) I would like my same form of payment as I do not shop at this store enough for a gift card and I can’t fit the shorts so I have nothing else I need, oh I forgot to mention that I was going to purchase three shirts, Amber tells me she can’t give me my “little $60 dollars” so I’m not sure any of my money that I spent was considered “little” before this incident.
I ask Amber why was she acting so aggressive-hostile yet if I were to react I would be the angry black woman and she would turn into a victim - still no answer for that question.
She is turning red in the face acting like a pit bull ay this point I mean she is yelling acting very unprofessional this behavior was making me and ALL THOSE IN THE STORE VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. Again why so upset because I want to speak with customer service about getting my little $60 dollars back I asked if I could try and see if my little $60 dollars would go on another debit card that is my replacement card she yells I’m not going to lose my job so you can get a little $60 dollars. This company needs a protocol in place for those who may lose their debit cards so they can get their little refunds back.
I actually wish I was able to leave zero stars because the way Amber conducted herself was unbelievable. All I want is my total refund of $170, now that Amber has shown me that being black clearly set her off or maybe it’s because I’m black and needed to return items that I wasn’t able to fit.
I seen her interact with the white female customers and no way was it the same! Amber made sure to let me know with her actions that my black money wasn’t welcome in this store nevertheless the nerve of a black customer try to return items and not just accept a gift card!
