Set up some wishing list for my next visit and time to refill my recent bottles. I was surprised that they have shampoo for pets. I absolutely adored my experience at Aesop Pasadena. Those who shop there know that when you visit, you’ll get more than just a shopping trip; you’ll get a spa day. The shop itself is so serene and beautiful, but I have to attribute my wonderful visit to the staff! I was helped by Concepción, who kindly gave me the most relaxing hand-washing. I immediately felt welcome upon entering the store thanks to them. I loved the product recommendations I received to assist me with my hormonal acne, and many of them are now a part of my nightly routine! Thank you Concepción!!

I was just discovered the shop there in old town Pasadena a couple days ago and able to get back today. This shop is a dream come true for me, the smell of everything in there is just like the beauty and wonders straight out of majestic natures hidden around the world. The staffs are friendly professionals and amazing, I was quite overwhelmed and I can’t believe I forgot to ask for the name of the person who helped me. I was indecisive and he was just excellent on helping through it like it is important that I get just the best. I felt like he knows my sense better than I know myself at that moment. I woke out feeling refreshing and satisfied. Like walking out of the most beautiful hiking trails discovered all the treasures that the nature can offer. I can’t wait to use what I just purchased and so looking forward to go back to try some more of these products.

They need to properly triage customers here. I waited like 15 minutes to check something out, and the salespeople basically ignored me to demonstrate the products. I walked out and took my business to Sephora.
