** THIS IS A RATING JUST FOR THIS VISIT•• I went in today to specifically ONLY buy Christmas postage stamps . I went in straight to the customer service desk. There was nobody there which is ok of course it’s the holidays employees are busy I totally get it .. so I wait in front of the register on the left side of the counter closest to the coin star. I’m waiting for about 5-7 mins and I see a couple get in line after me to wait as well . Then a couple more people . I’m looking around a little now and then I hear yea hi how can I help you ? And it was an employee helping the couple that came up after I had been waiting alot longer before they even rolled up . I think that was so wrong ..1. employee didn’t ask who was in line first and 2. the couple just let her help them without saying I was there waiting first .. anyways I told her and she said oh well I’m floating everywhere we are short staffed .. AND I don’t care .. has nothing to do with what I just made you aware of .. Then says doesn’t have any Christmas stamps ? So I went to one of the cashiers and she gave me some and took the USA flag ones from me . She was shocked that the cashier didn’t get me the Christmas ones . Anyways customer service isn’t anything like it used to be when I was working at major market for 13 yrs or when my mom worked at this store and retired here . Receipt says time was 15:04 Cashier name is Monica

Produce has gotten nasty there. Complained this morning regarding a watermelon being completely rotten and smelt like fish after finding worms in one prior and another being rotten. The store manager insisted that I am the FRIST complaint regarding the produce at Fallbrook location. I know that was a lie, locals talk and it’s common now. Trying to play a mental game on a customer regarding complaints and isolating their concerns is without a doubt a poor representation of management! Curb side or door dash who ever the delivery method is should not to blame when this is ongoing poor quality food being sold by a store. The inflation is causing a lower volume of shoppers and causing these stores to rig expiration dates. Watch your produce!

Always a pleasant experience with the woman that works in floral. She makes balloon bouquets for me every time I need one.

This is one of the only grocery stores near us. Hate the drive to Temecula or Escondido. I’ve lived in Fallbrook for almost 5 years and I shop here at a regular basis. This store is pretty clean. Almost all the employees are nice and cordial. Except Becky for some reason she has this off putting attitude and it’s not just once I’ve experienced this. She is not friendly whatsoever, everyone else in the store may give you this amazing service, but once you hit the register and she’s there she sours the experience. Not only is she not friendly or cordial, but she is rude to her coworkers. I’ve seen her throw reusable bags at whoever is bagging or she’s is just rude to them. She throws items at the customers carts when she has to put them in there. I try to avoid any kind of contact with her, sadly she is one of the regular cashiers that if you don’t have 15 items or less then it’s more than likely she will have to be your cashier.

I have shopped at several Albertsons and always satisfied. Great produce, lots of inventory & wonderful staff

Just wanted to say Linda from the deli is awesome. I needed to order some wedges for my stepsons football team and she helped me out. She was so nice patient helpful.. I called day of to say I was running behind and she answered I felt like I’ve known her forever just on how her personality is. She was super friendly she put a smile on my face. Thanks Linda!! Keep being you!

I was in a lot of trouble. I was having a severe asthma attack. Crystal noticed me and went way above to help me. I am forever grateful for her. Now that is customer service. Without her compassion and expertise leadership abilities things would have been really bad.

Pretty nice store. I typically go to the 2 in Oceanside since that's where I live. But whenever I'm passing through Fallbrook, I prefer this one. It seems like Albertsons are the only stores that carry the size of Gatorade mix I buy. Overall, staff is friendly. Just be cautious on mornings they're restocking, it seems they get a little too focused on stocking and can miss customers trying to get products on shelves with pallets in the way. They weren't being jerks, they just get busy, I get it.
