Great supply for many beauty needs. It's difficult to find a location that has many products for a wide variation of hair textures. I can find most of what I need here.

I love this beauty supply, but the hours of operation are not reliable. There has been a few occasions where I arrived here and the doors are closed. The sign says closed Sunday. It's 12:26 Monday.

If there were more stars available ive give the max... The owners are very humble and friendly. Customer service is awesome. It's literally a one stop shop for beauty supplies hair in wig, track, braided and seemingly every color imaginable.
There is a huge selection of shampoos, hair color, sparkly costume jewelry, and nail supplies.... To top it off they're knowledgeable about the products they sell... No pressure/up sell shopping...

What a wonderful store. I've been a customer for 7yrs. Customer service is great, if your not sure what you are looking for the ower Alice or her assistant Jose are very knowledgeable and will help with all your beauty needs. I can spend hours in that store..

Nice store! They have products I can't find at my other two favorite local beauty supply stores. Those folks are genuinely very friendly. That in itself will make me go back. I've passed by it for years cuz I'm always in the area and never went in until yesterday 🙄

So far, I am pleasantly surprised and satisfied as a first time buyer with Alice Beauty Supply. I ordered enough hair to get the free shipping. I assumed it was going to be standard shipping (5-7 days). I ordered it on Friday 6/8/18 and it was delivered on Monday 6/11/18 and I am 3,000 miles away. WOW!!!! Impressive.

Tons of options but extremely overpriced. The customer service is severely lacking as well. It is very clear that they have no knowledge of what they sell they are just trying to take advantage of the options that they can offer to their majority black clientele. If you can find a black owned beauty supply store please support them. Unfortunately everyone here isn't concerned with your satisfaction just your dollar. I gave 3 stars because of the size of the store and the product options.
