I don’t mind coming here because it’s the closest beauty supply near me !! But they watch you like a hawk , very uncomfortable. Like you have to walk on egg shells when you’re in there looking for what you need … I am a women of color , but every person isn’t there to “steal”I’m a hairstylist who come for last min items I may need. The discrimination is at an all time HIGH when goin to Chinese owned hair supply stores !! Will definitely be taking my business elsewhere for some comfort atleast to shop in peace without looking over my shoulder …

My wife bought a wig from there. When she got home and tried the wig on, it wasn't the same wig that was on the box. She took it back to the store two days later, and they would not exchange it. They said because she had worn the wig, they couldn't take it back. NEVER SHOP THERE!!!!!! We as black people need to stop shopping at these places that disrespect us. They want our money, but want to be disrespectful. Let's do better people!!!!!!

I see a ton of negative reviews, but I have been going here on and off for at least 5+ years already and both the owner and his wife are really patient and kind. I have NEVER had a bad experience. They greet, offer help when asked, & handle everything well. I go back because they offer a variety of supplies and their service is genuine as well.

Prices too high the husband very rude disrespectful he treated my son disrespectful he only 2yrs old racial profile against me and my son never coming there again I was going for years he treated us horrible today in front of customers the Asian man was following me in the store very rude I'm black woman i dont recommend nobody shopping there

The owner/only employee, is absolutely disgraceful, disgusting! I’ve been shopping here for years 9+, only ethnic beauty supply for miles. I bought a closure, never opened it and came back with the receipt within 24hours, he said 20 PERCENT RESTOCKING FEE! And then turns around and says NO RETURNS.
He makes a living off of ethnic people and has no respect for them. He bold face lies. He is dishonest. Go spend your hard earned money else where, he’s a cheater and a liar, and such a tight wad he can’t even return his own unopened product with a receipt. ALL OTHER HAIR SUPPLY RETURN THERE OWN PRODUCTS. WHAT HAPPENED TO CUSTOMER SATISFACTION?

I bought a wig from the store on Saturday when I got home and opened it. It had already been used on Tuesday.I returned to the store to tell them what had happened and they told me that I wore the wig.
