I’m a bit frustrated with my visit today. My nails were crooked, bumpy and thick… when I went to check out the lady wanted me to then pay for the other person I came withs drink because they forgot to charge her. I said no, that’s their fault for not charging her before she left. I sat in my car and was not happy with how my nails looked. I went back in and addressed that I was not happy and the lady took the gel off and re-did them but they are still very thick looking/chunky and should look more smooth. At this point I think it was the nail tech, and I’d like to come back but I’m very disappointed with how my nails look. It’s not a cheap service to get and I just wanted to treat myself and I’m still not happy with my nails. 🙁

Original Review: My nails look(ed) amazing! I got these done two days ago. And one broke while I buckled my seatbelt. I was charged extra for “long nails” when they were medium length, and the service took forever. $90 for a set that should cost at most $70. The vibes in that salon were horrific my anxiety shot through the roof. Never have I ever walked into a salon and been scared to talk, breathe, or exist. If you’re rich and like being uncomfortable this is the place to go!

Updated review: I am still very upset with my experience at this nail salon, and the fact that multiple nails broke off within a day of having them done, but with that being said I reached out to the owner of the salon and they were able to give me a refund for $42, leaving out the soak off, the shape, length, tip, and cat eye gel. I am grateful that the owner was kind enough to do such a thing for me.

This is the best nail salon in Broomfield! She really copied and pasted from a photo, and I am so obsessed. Just look at this work! This shop is amazing. 10/10

They were nice, but they can be pricey. And didn't give us 20% off. Their website price wasn't the right price. But they were kind and made our nails look good, but again, over priced for what the website said. Don't forget to mention 20% they won't give it unless you say it.

Now, it wouldn't cost me $62 for full set, and $75 for full set and $62 for a layover or whatever it calls after 20% off. It wld go down to $50 something. Sorry for your poor reply. I know what i paid for, and no there wasn't a 20% off on my receipts.
Sad to think I won't come back, now that you think you know everything.
You shouldn't go against customers, they know what they paid for. Sad to see your poorly responses.
