Jay and his team are always so helpful and friendly! I make sure to buy a few things every time they come back for the season. My mom loved her poncho so much it made her cry. Incredibly comfortable, stylish attire here 🙂

Amazing variety of colorful soft alpaca stuffed animals and garments. Super nice guy runs the store. Super chatty and friendly. He even gave me a little alpaca keychain for writing this review. Would recomend.

I absolutely love Alpaca World! Every time I visit, I feel so appreciated and valued by the staff. Jay always takes care of me and makes sure I always leave the store happy! The store always has an amazing selection of items, and I always find something new and interesting. All the products I've gotten from Alpaca World have been wonderful, and I can't wait to discover more treasures there. It's truly a fantastic shopping experience!

I had such an enjoyable experience!
I went Christmas shopping and the lady who helped us was not only super helpful, but also incredibly friendly and super considerate. We were helped so much, the things that we were show were super helpful, and we were assisted in finding the perfect gifts for our loved ones. The quality of the products, and the culture behind them are absolutely incredible, and super comfy and stylish. I had such an amazing shopping experience, and it's so great knowing that some of our money went to a good cause.

I walked the mall on Black Friday and was underwhelmed with everything UNTIL I got to this store! Such unique things with bright colors and all great quality/handmade! The owner and I think his daughter were working the registers and were so kind and personable. I believe I overheard that some of the proceeds go back to Peru and Guatemala? Pretty awesome! I will definitely be back, I wore my new sweater already today!

This place was awesome! Great customer service, the FUZZIEST animals, and the most delicious danish cookies that were free. About customer service, the guy that was being the cashier and who helped us, was incredibly nice. I have never had customer service like that ever in my life. He offered us snacks, water, and cookies, and to top it all off, at the end he had us guess a number that he wrote down to win a keychain. Another part was that the other people in the store were really nice. They were doing other stuff in the store, but I could tell by the way that they were talking to the other people that they were good people. I honestly think this store should be the #1 cuddly animal store in the US. Also, the discounts were crazy even though it’s not Black Friday yet. Literally almost all the animals were originally around $120-155 because they were so high quality and made in Peru, but they had $100 dollars off, as in if it were originally $120 it was $20 now. Crazy right?!? Well to sum it all up, this store was one of the fluffiest happiest nicest stores I have ever been to. Even my three siblings loved it including my younger brother who has very high expectations on stores. My older sister got a keychain, my other sister who is my age got an alpaca, and I loved this fuzzy purple alpaca that was so cute. Lots of variety in this store.

Absolutely amazing and adorable store! The owner is extremely nice and a very hard worker. They have so many amazing products. We got 4 things but definitely want to go back soon to get some more! Awesome prices and high quality products! I got a little pink alpaca and it is the softest thing I've ever owned!

My boyfriend an I have shopped here the past three years, the owner is always so friendly and nice! We love the attire here. 100% recommend stopping by, even though some may consider the price high it’s so worth it. It’s comfy and keeps us warm the patterns are just beautiful.
