I have been a customer for 30yrs I am subscribed to the super food a month club. I ordered $300.00 plus worth of products and never received my package when it was supposed to be delivered. I had to call them and found out the package was rejected due to requiring a signature . I have never had this problem amd it should have been brought to my attention! I had to call them just to find out! Thanks

It's sad that other have had a bad experience, with these product 😕 I have never had an issue with the products or staff. As for the price it could be a bit pricey but so is everything else that is good for you and I rather take this stuff than the poison the medical industry gives us.
So I am editing my review to a 1 start. This is because I was told I would receive my products by today and I never recieved a tracking number. I paid for the expedited shipping for them to tell me its been switch to 2 day shipping. And acted like they didn't want to return my 20$ yeah the staff have went down tremendously there.

Absolutely heart broken! I gave this 3 months of my life, getting the products, the extra products, bought a $600 juicer, subscribed to a vegetable delivery service, rearranged my life, and finding the 30 day stretch I could do the cleanse. It is so important when someone undertakes a life change like this, and taking that journey to fix their health, and to be repeatedly met with the absolute WORST customer service I've ever experienced at every turn. Hostile, impatient, downright rude employees that do not want to be bothered with your annoying questions. I was 2 weeks in to the cleanse, and by this point every order I made online they'd cancel it and say there was a problem, but I really needed new products and had timed it so they could arrive within a week, and then I got the "Your order was canceled" email after 5 days - when this is when I needed the new products asap to be able to continue the cleanse without excruciating discomfort (if you know you know) and I called the office, as I was going to send a messenger service to pick up the products, and I asked if I could give my card over the phone, and this destructive, rude male employee, who I had been met with the same type of hostility before during another exchange, could not be bothered with this task. WHY HAS DR. SCHULZE HANDED HIS PRACTICE OVER TO THIS UNBELIEVABLE INCOMPETENCE As a result I have quit Dr Schulze's products and will never do one of his programs again. I have never left a review like this for another business! I am not a troll or have an agenda. Dr Schulze having this element represent his legacy and practice, is A PROFESSIONAL FAILURE! Never again!

I was so happy that there were open, also I would like to just mentioned that the Cayenne oil it would be so great if they can bring that back. Also I love tasting their kidney and Liver tea, those samples are just so great. Overall I give them a 10 ☺️

My experience. Going back to dr Schulze's i haven't been there for about 8 years..... was fantastic Great customer service... full of information..i pick up a big bottle of 250 vegan capsules
Easy to swallow with warm tea or warm water.. i bought the intestinal formula #1

There’s a reason all the latest reviews are one star. Something has happened to their customer service department.

I’m a long time customer and a large shipment got sent to the wrong address in the wrong state. Could be my fault but I tried erasing the address from their site and it wouldn’t work. The only person I could ever talk to was Victor, who seemed delighted in telling me he couldn’t help me. He said someone else would get back to me and they never did. I told him to just cancel everything and my superfood of the month club and he was all bubbly and happy to do it. Total condescending attitude and kept interrupting me. Anyway, I canceled the order and I’ll have to wait till they get my package returned to get a refund. Neither me or my friend, who got me into them, are ever buying from them again

Drove in from Malibu and so disappointed with the sales person at the front desk. I was trying to get more information on the 30 day detox program and she was no help , actually made me feel stupid and I ended up leaving . I did go on line and found all the information I needed and put a order in on line .
