I cannot say enough good things about my experience here! Kelsie is an awesome woman! I was given a gift certificate for my birthday by a friend overseas, it was very easy to use. I explained my physical conditions and that I needed to consult with my chiropractor, Kelsie was extremely understanding and looked up my disorder to best assist me. I ended up having to reschedule due to illness, and again, she was very understanding and kind! When the day came for my appointment, I was pleased with the accommodations made for me and my massage was wonderful. I had great conversation and felt extremely comfortable. The vibe and environment felt very safe and calm. I'm definitely going to be returning!

I cannot say enough about Ann and Kelsey! I reached out to Ann last week for a spa package for my mom. They both went above and beyond to fit her in before Mother’s Day. My mom had a massage and facial and here we are an hour later after her appointment and she is still raving about her experiences! Her skin looks amazing! Having had many facials in the past I can say there is an obvious difference already in her skin. So impressive! Thank you so much to you both for taking such great care of my Mom!! Can’t wait to start having my treatments done there as well.

Ann has amazing knowledge and takes great care of the skin!! She kindly squeezed me in for a facial last minute and went above and beyond with care and detail, and helped me to understand what kind of care my skin needs -being acne prone and sensitive (without salesy approaches!). She is a gentle & knowledgeable human, and I will be driving 1.5 hrs from the mountains to see her regularly ☺️

Unfortunately, this place no longer wants my patronage after many years! I was a client of Andrea Ballard every six weeks for color and cut. She recently dropped me as a customer, with no explanation. I thought I would at least get a text back explaining why she chose to cancel twice on the very days she scheduled. I know there are other hairdressers who will do just as well, but I thought we had a great client-customer relationship. There are no other hairdressers in the salon for me to switch to, so I will be moving on. Not my choice, but her choice. Personal problems are never an excuse for poor business practices, in my book!

For my birthday a few years back, my wonderful husband bought me the “BIG” package offered by Ann’s spa 😊 Ann herself gave me the BEST facial I have ever had, and her great staff pampered me all day with a massage, hair trim and style, a mani/pedi, and lunch! It was such an wonderfully relaxing and enjoyable day! And the package was by far the best price that he found. So thank you for the awesome, memorable day!
