Horrible Customer service! Don’t order anything! They tell you you’ll get it in seven days! Seven days the Oder hasn’t even been shipped! I got the Shams, but still no quilt! No more of my money!

Kindness goes a long way. Do not come here looking for compassion, understanding, kindness, friendly service or staff that cares. What a joke of a snobby store. My money is as green as the next guys and my friend had money in her purse too. Big mistake little girls. Walked down the street and dropped a load. Won’t order. Won’t be back.

How can you deliver the same product wrong five times in a row after talking every time with customer service to fix the problem. Yes, so far they have sent us the wrong sheets FIVE times in a row. I've never seen something like this before. What a waste of time and resources....

The whole store is an amazing aesthetic experience. Beautiful and unique. The employees add that warm inviting touch with superb customer service. Their sale room is not cramped like others in their chain. It costs money to look beautiful and unique, and is well spent here.

Have you ever seen the movie Pretty Woman? BIG MISTAKE!!

First, I feel they look down on you for the way you are dressed.... Personally, I have been recovering from an ER visit and was dressed in comfortable clothing. This is just the way I felt! Getting weird vibes/looks from the sales people.

Secondly, I decided to get a bath brush and was mildly swinging it, as I walked throughout the store, just as you would your arms, and as I had reached the checkout I had a "part-time associate" (the assistant manager refused to give me her name), come up to me and say, "can I take that and put it on the counter for you?" Then she just stared at me, as if to say, I don't want you knocking down any of my displays in the store! Had I been in the right frame of mind, I would have shoved the bath brush down her throat!!!

Third, I left the store and couldn't wait to take a bath and use the brush! The very next day, the brush's handle splintered!! The tag on the brush had said that it was made out of cedar and that it was a very sturdy brush and you would have it forever, but honestly cedar would not have splintered. I believe it was pine, which is a very cheap type of wood!! I asked them to remove the bath brushes for not being what the tag says on them to be and that I would check back in a month or two to see if they're still in the store or not! I got a hundred bucks on a bet saying that they're still going to be there!

Fourth, I will say that Jessica was a good employee! Giving me a 20% disc for my b-day, which was 2 weeks ago for signing up for emails!! Very friendly and personable!

So in summary, their store is very nice and the setup is awesome! They also sell very nice stuff other than the bath brush, of course, Ha! if you want to order from the store I would highly recommend, if you are from the Springs, to do it over the internet or drive to Denver, maybe they have better staff! Or maybe it's just anthropologies way of doing business.

I wanted to rate this store high [simply because I love Anthropologie] but not after my experience, and especially after reading the reviews very much like mine. This girl nearly jumped out of her skin when she saw me; more than likely because I'm black. We shop at Anthropologie too. In fact, I've shopped here more than 2 decades, although I've never had the same experience in NYC, Rockefeller Center, culture capital of the world. Today was not a good day for the white folks managing the store, and when another white employee cosigns rude behavior, it's just bad business. All customers should feel welcomed and not talked down to. I know $20 is a good deal but not exactly for a $34 item. And if you're working there, you most certainly should not be judging,. DEI training is needed immediately. I will be back.
