Sometimes you never know what you're going to get when you book online. You read all of the reviews and you just never know. My family and I were ecstatic when we were greeted by the amazingly friendly staff at Anvil. Lizzy at the front desk was warm and made us feel right at home. We would walk to all the local shops and it was great coming back to a place that felt like home. The rooms were super clean and we all got much-needed rest (yes, the beds were perfect). Definitely give Anvil a try - you will not be disappointed. Thank you!

Our hotel room along with my in-laws room in a different building, were basically falling apart. Our bathtub enamel was falling off, bed rails broken off at the end of our bed, the heater wasn't working properly and was very noisy, and the bathroom floor was dirty. My in-laws room was pretty much in the same condition and the doorknob to their bathroom fell off while they were there for the one night. We ended up moving to a different hotel and we appreciated Anvil refunded our money in full. The hotel style is so cute, and the lobby is so cute and cozy and loved that you can buy coffee, tea and cocoa right there in the lobby, but more attention/money needs to be put into repairs and room quality over cute merch in the lobby!

One of my favorite places in Jackson! The staff is friendly, accommodating and welcoming! The room was clean and inviting, the onsite restaurant is fantastic! There wine list is extensive and pairs well with there yummy menu. Our server was knowledgeable and attentive. Cant wait to go back!

Cute well remodeled motel. Does feel like a motel turned hotel but not a bad thing. My bathroom got chilly in the winter but that’s based on the original build. I do think it had its own heater so they did what they could to make it comfortable and it was overall comfy. Great stay, excellent staff and nice location.

Home away from home but even better as the staff at all the locations The Anvil, The Alpine, & The Cache House all took care of anything I needed. They all welcomed me with open arms. The room was cozy warm with fluffy pillows. Shower hot, oh and the soaps were real nice, I used their products rather than mine cuz it was so yummy. Location was perfection! I was able to park my car when I arrived and didn’t start it back up until I left. What more could a girl ask for? Well, let me tell you! A pop up Valentine Party down stairs in the Cache House all included with my stay! These folks really know how to make you feel like family! I strongly suggest a stay if you prefer quality genuine care over shwa shwa give me all your money honey!

I recently stayed at the Anvil Hotel and had an unforgettable experience. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and made my stay special. They provided insider tips on the best hiking trails, restaurants, and attractions in Jackson.

The hotel was clean and well-maintained, with cozy rooms and inviting common areas. Its perfect location in the heart of Jackson made it easy to explore shops, restaurants, and bars, as well as Grand Teton National Park and Yellowstone National Park.

Overall, I highly recommend the Anvil Hotel for its exceptional service, cleanliness, and unbeatable location. I look forward to returning soon!

Authentic to the majestic town of Jackson Hole, this place remains true to the area! The charm of the wood burning fireplace, furnishings, the coffee bar, etc., brought the “magic” to our vacation. It’s walking distance to all the restaurants & shops in town, and the staff were so friendly & helpful. We will definitely stay here again.
